Website Design for NDIS Providers in Mandurah

Websites for disability support providers in Mandurah and the Peel, from Dawesville and Falcon up to Meadow Springs and inland to Pinjarra. Parents, participants, local area coordinators and plan managers can see what you offer, who can use you and which suburbs you reach, then send a referral from their phone.

What a Mandurah NDIS provider's website should make clear

The number of NDIS participants living in the City of Mandurah rose by about two-thirds between June 2022 and June 2026, and many of the plans in this part of WA belong to children. Whoever opens your site, whether a parent, a participant or a coordinator with a shortlist, is usually checking three things: can you take us, are you registered, and do you come to our suburb.

  • Registration in the first lines

In the NDIA's South Metro district, which takes in Mandurah, 1,378 of 11,863 plans were NDIA-managed at 30 June 2026. That's 11.6%, against 6.0% across Australia, and those participants can only use registered providers. If you're registered, list your registration groups as the NDIS Commission's Provider Register shows them. If you aren't, say which participants you can support.

  • A clear route for parents of young children

Autism is the primary disability recorded on 49.5% of South Metro plans, and 43% belong to children under 15. Parents of a newly diagnosed child want the ages you work with, whether you come to the home, kindy or school or see children at a clinic, and how long the wait is. Put those answers on the page they arrive at, not behind a phone call.

  • Your suburbs, under the right council

Families type their own suburb into Google. The area the NDIA labels Mandurah – North had 724 participants in June 2026, more than double its 2022 count, and Halls Head – Erskine had 470. Over the boundaries, Pinjarra in the Shire of Murray had 343 and Baldivis in the City of Rockingham 1,507. Group the suburbs you cover under each council so nobody has to guess.

  • A separate form for professionals

A referral might come from a local area coordinator, a support coordinator, a therapist, or a social worker at Peel Health Campus, which the South Metropolitan Health Service has run since August 2024. Give referrers a form of their own: who they are, the participant's first name and suburb, which supports, how the plan is managed and when it ends, and a consent tick box. Families get a shorter form with a call-back time.

  • Invoicing details plan managers can find

Two in three South Metro plans, 7,882 of them, were plan-managed in June 2026. A plan manager handling your invoice wants your business name exactly as it appears on the invoice, your ABN, whether you're registered and an address for payment queries. A short section near the foot of the page saves them a call.

  • Built for screen readers and large text

Some readers will use a screen reader, magnification or a keyboard rather than a mouse. We build with real headings, labelled form fields, strong contrast and a visible focus outline, aiming at Level AA of WCAG 2.2, the W3C's Web Content Accessibility Guidelines. Easy Read documents you already have get their own link.

NDIS providers in Mandurah and the Peel

The WA rules, briefly. Mandurah providers work under the same Western Australian arrangements as Perth ones. Registered providers need NDIS Worker Screening clearances for workers in risk-assessed roles, and in WA the Department of Communities issues them. Since 1 July 2026, supported independent living has been a support that only registered providers can deliver, with transition pathways for providers that were already delivering it. Our Perth NDIS provider page covers the application steps and the rules on the NDIS logo and the word "registered".

A district that keeps growing. The NDIA counts Mandurah in its South Metro district, together with Rockingham, Armadale, Serpentine-Jarrahdale and the Shire of Murray. The City of Mandurah had 2,782 participants at 30 June 2026, up from 1,675 four years earlier, and Murray went from 349 to 562. Dawesville – Bouvard nearly doubled, from 118 to 226. Participants with supported independent living in their plans rose across the district from 311 to 518. For a provider, that pace is the reason to keep a capacity line at the top of the home page and change it whenever your roster fills or frees up.

The Peel isn't one NDIS district. The Peel Development Commission's region is five councils: the City of Mandurah and the shires of Murray, Waroona, Boddington and Serpentine-Jarrahdale. The NDIA splits them. Waroona's 87 participants are counted in the South West district alongside Bunbury, and Boddington's 40 in the Wheat Belt district. If your workers go south to Waroona or inland to Boddington, name those towns on the site rather than relying on the word "Peel" to cover them.

Where families get pointed to you. APM delivers NDIS local area coordination from an office in Sholl Street, Mandurah. Uplyft, the organisation formerly called Wanslea, runs the NDIS early childhood approach for children under nine and lists its Mandurah office, on Anstruther Road, as Bindjareb. A coordinator from either may pass on your link, so a page that says in two lines what you do, for whom and where is the one most likely to be forwarded.

Working with us from Mandurah. We're a web design team in Adelaide and work with WA businesses entirely by phone and email. None of our clients is in Western Australia yet, so the two sites below are from Adelaide and New South Wales. Mandurah keeps Perth time, 1.5 hours behind Adelaide, or 2.5 while South Australia is on daylight saving.

Care and support sites we've built

We haven't built for a Mandurah provider, or for a business whose main work is NDIS supports. These two are the nearest: an in-home support service for older people in Adelaide, and a New South Wales cleaner whose services include NDIS cleans.

Home page of the Golden Years Aged Care Support website

Golden Years Aged Care Support

Home & care services · Northern Adelaide

Golden Years Aged Care Support helps older people stay at home across Northern Adelaide. Its six pages show what a Mandurah provider could reuse: nine services explained on a single page, an enquiry form on which an aged care provider can flag that it's making a referral, large type and a call button on every page.

Home page of the Phoenix Housekeeping website

Phoenix Housekeeping

Home & care services · Lake Macquarie, Cessnock & Central Coast

Phoenix Housekeeping is a family cleaning business working across Lake Macquarie, Cessnock and the Central Coast, with NDIS cleans among its services. Its separate suburb pages are the pattern we'd follow for Mandurah, Murray and the Rockingham suburbs, and its quote form includes a discreet call-back option.

“He listened to my feedback and made no hesitations to revise and adjust my website until we were completely happy with it.”

Questions Mandurah NDIS providers ask us

Most of our participants are plan-managed. Why lead with registration?

Because this district has an unusually large share of NDIA-managed plans: 11.6% in June 2026, almost double the national 6.0%. Those participants can only use registered providers, and their coordinators look for it first. One accurate sentence, matching what the NDIS Commission shows for your business, covers it whichever way you're set up.

We also work in Baldivis and Secret Harbour. Should they be on a Mandurah site?

Yes, under a City of Rockingham heading. The NDIA counts Rockingham in the same South Metro district as Mandurah, and the Baldivis area had 1,507 participants in June 2026, more than any single part of Mandurah. If you have enough work there, the 8-page site can give those suburbs a page of their own.

Most of our clients are children. What should we say about the early childhood approach?

Say what you provide, for which ages, and how a family starts with you. Uplyft runs the early childhood approach locally for children under nine, so some families will already be working with it when they contact you. Only describe a connection to it if you actually have one; otherwise, your own supports and waitlist are what parents need to see.

What should a referral form ask, and what should it leave out?

Enough to make first contact: who is referring, the participant's first name and suburb, the supports needed, the funding type and a consent tick box. Leave out diagnoses, NDIS numbers and medical history, which are better collected once you've spoken. Form submissions arrive by email, so the less sensitive detail they carry, the better.

Can an Adelaide team build our site without meeting us?

Yes, and it's how we work with every client outside Adelaide. You call or email with your supports, suburbs, registration details and any photos you want used, we send a draft link, and you ask for changes until you're happy. You pay only after you approve it, and we reply within 24 hours.

Ready to start your Mandurah NDIS website?

Send us your supports, the age groups you work with, your registration status and the Peel suburbs you cover. We'll quote, build a draft for you to check, and you pay only once you approve it.
