Website Design for NDIS Providers in Perth

Websites for Perth disability support providers, from sole support workers to teams covering several corridors. Participants and families can see what you do and where, check your registration status, and send a referral or enquiry in a few minutes.

What a Perth NDIS provider's website needs to answer

Whoever is reading, whether a participant, a parent, a nominee or a support coordinator with a shortlist, the questions are much the same. Do you cover my suburb? Can you work with how my plan is managed? Are your workers screened? Have you got room right now?

  • Registration status that matches the register

If you're registered with the NDIS Commission, quote your registration groups in the same words the Provider Register uses. If you aren't, say which participants you can support: those who self-manage or use a plan manager. Either way, a coordinator can tell in one line whether you're an option.

  • Worker screening, stated plainly

Families want to know who will come into their home. If your workers hold NDIS Worker Screening clearances, say so in plain words, alongside any first aid or manual handling training you require. It's worth answering before anyone has to ask.

  • Suburbs and travel, set out clearly

The NDIA's Provider Finder lists registered providers by suburb or postcode, and people searching Google type their suburb. List the suburbs and corridors you cover, how far you'll travel, and whether travel is charged, so someone in Ellenbrook or Baldivis knows at once.

  • Capacity you can change in a minute

One line near the top, such as "Taking new participants south of the river" or "Waitlist for weekend supports", saves calls you can't take. Swapping that line is a text change on an existing page, covered by the $30 monthly hosting.

  • A referral option for professionals

Support coordinators, local area coordinators and hospital or therapy staff need a quicker path than a family does: their organisation, the participant's suburb, supports needed, funding type, timeframe and a consent tick box. Families keep a gentler form with a call-back time.

  • Funding types and rates

Say whether you work with self-managed, plan-managed and NDIA-managed participants. If you publish rates, plan managers will compare them with the NDIA's Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits, which cap what can be paid for supports to NDIA-managed and plan-managed participants, so check them against the current version first.

NDIS services in Perth: what's particular to WA

WA came into the national system last. The NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission began managing quality and safeguards in Western Australia on 1 December 2020, after the WA start date was deferred from 1 July 2020, which made WA the final state or territory to come under the Commission. Registration, complaints and the NDIS Code of Conduct now work the same way in Perth as elsewhere. If your site's wording dates from before then, check it refers to the NDIS Commission and its Provider Register.

Worker screening in WA. The NDIS Worker Screening Check started in WA on 1 February 2021 and is run by the Screening Unit in the Department of Communities. Workers start the application online through the DoTDirect portal and then confirm their identity at a Driver and Vehicle Services centre, or request alternate lodgement if they can't get to one. A clearance lasts five years, with ongoing monitoring, and it's recognised nationally, so a worker can use it with other NDIS providers and in other states. Registered providers must use cleared workers in risk-assessed roles, including contractors and volunteers.

Registration and the words you use. The NDIS Commission's Provider Register lists every registered provider and its registration groups, and a separate search shows banning orders and other compliance decisions. From 1 July 2026, supported independent living and NDIS digital platform providers have needed to register, with transitional arrangements for those that applied before 1 October 2026; support coordination was also identified for mandatory registration, but that reform is paused. The NDIA's logo guidelines say only providers registered with the Commission may advertise themselves as a registered provider, and the NDIS logo can't be used without the NDIA's written consent. For your own obligations, the Commission's guidance is the reference, and we word the site to match it.

How people search locally. In Perth, NDIS local area coordination is organised by service areas with names such as Central North Metro, North East Metro and South East Metro. Those names are worth knowing if coordinators use them with you, but a family types a suburb into Google, or a suburb or postcode into the Provider Finder. So a provider based in Midland, Joondalup or Cockburn should list the actual suburbs it reaches, and say whether it goes as far as the Perth Hills, Peel and Mandurah, or Yanchep and Two Rocks.

Working with an Adelaide team. We work with Perth providers by phone and email. Adelaide is 1.5 hours ahead of Perth, or 2.5 while South Australia is on daylight saving. We haven't built for a WA business yet, and neither of the two closest projects in our portfolio, below, is a specialist disability provider.

Care and support websites we've built

Neither of these is a WA business or a specialist disability provider. Golden Years supports older people in Northern Adelaide and takes referrals from aged care providers. Phoenix Housekeeping's cleaning work in NSW includes NDIS cleans for participants.

Golden Years Aged Care Support

Home & care services · Northern Adelaide

In-home support for older people across Northern Adelaide, from personal care and cleaning to transport and respite. The enquiry form gives aged care providers referring a client their own option, and the six pages use large, readable text with tap-to-call on each one.

Home page of the Phoenix Housekeeping website

Phoenix Housekeeping

Home & care services · Lake Macquarie, Cessnock & Central Coast

A family-run cleaning business around Lake Macquarie, Cessnock and the Central Coast whose services include regular and one-off NDIS cleans. The site has published prices, a homes and NDIS services page, suburb pages and a quote form with a discreet call-back option.

“Rebuilt two websites for our businesses and saved us a fortune on hosting etc. Nothing is ever a problem, will email back on a Saturday night if need be.”

Questions Perth NDIS providers ask us

Should our website mention the WA NDIS Worker Screening Check?

If your workers hold clearances, a plain line saying so answers a question families ask early. Registered providers must use cleared workers in risk-assessed roles, and in WA workers apply through the Department of Communities, starting on DoTDirect. Which roles that covers in your business is a question for the NDIS Commission's guidance; on the site, we state what's true for your team.

Can we describe ourselves as an NDIS registered provider?

Only if you're registered with the NDIS Commission. The NDIA's logo guidelines limit that description to registered providers, and the NDIS logo needs the NDIA's written consent. If you're registered, we show your registration groups as the Provider Register lists them; if you aren't, we say who you can support instead.

How should a Perth provider describe its service area?

By suburb first, grouped under headings people recognise, such as the northern suburbs, south of the river, the Perth Hills or Peel. Add how far you'll travel from your base and whether travel is charged. If you cover more than one corridor with different staff or hours, the 8-page site can give each its own page.

Can we update our capacity and waitlist ourselves?

You don't need to log in to anything. Email us the new wording, such as "Taking new participants in Joondalup and Wanneroo", and we update the existing page. That's included in the $30 monthly hosting with no extra charge; a new page, such as one for a new support type, is quoted first.

You're in Adelaide. How does a Perth provider work with you?

By phone and email. You send your supports, suburbs, registration details and any photos you're happy to use, we send a draft link, and you ask for changes until it's right. You pay only once you approve it. Adelaide is 1.5 hours ahead of Perth (2.5 during South Australian daylight saving), and we reply within 24 hours.

Which package suits a Perth NDIS provider?

A sole support worker or small team can start with the one-page site at $399. For providers taking referrals from coordinators, we suggest the 3-page site at $899 because referrals, funding and your service area then get a page of their own. Providers with several supports, corridors or ongoing recruitment are better suited to the 8-page site at $1,499.
