These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of web development services provided by WebCraft Studio ("we," "our," or "us"). By engaging our services, you agree to these Terms in their entirety.

2. Service Description

We provide custom website design and development services as outlined in project proposals and agreements. Our services may include but are not limited to design, development, maintenance, and hosting of websites.

3. Project Timeline

Project timelines vary based on complexity:

  • Simple projects are typically completed within 1 week
  • Larger projects may take 2-3 weeks
  • Actual completion time depends on client feedback and our current workload
  • All quotes will include estimated completion times

4. Payment Terms

Our payment structure typically requires:

  • 50% deposit before work begins
  • Remaining 50% upon project completion, prior to site launch
  • Monthly services billed on the 1st of each month
  • All prices are in Australian Dollars and exclude GST

5. Client Responsibilities

To ensure timely completion, clients agree to:

  • Provide necessary content, images, and information in a timely manner
  • Review and provide feedback on deliverables within 5 business days
  • Make final payment before website publication

6. Revisions and Changes

Our development process includes:

  • Two rounds of revisions included in the quoted price
  • Additional revisions billed at our hourly rate
  • Major changes to project scope may require revised quotes

7. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment:

  • Clients receive ownership rights to the final website design
  • We retain rights to display the work in our portfolio
  • Third-party elements (stock photos, plugins) remain subject to their respective licenses

8. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice:

  • Client is responsible for payment of work completed
  • Unused deposits may be refundable at our discretion
  • Monthly services require 30 days notice for cancellation

9. Limitation of Liability

We strive for excellence but cannot guarantee:

  • Specific business outcomes or ROI from website services
  • Continuous, uninterrupted website operation
  • Compatibility with all browsers, devices, or future technologies

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in Australian courts.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website.
