Website Design for Landscaping

Websites for landscapers, gardeners and outdoor trades that let your photos do the selling and make it easy to ask for a quote.

What a landscaping website needs to do

Landscaping is bought with the eyes. A customer planning a new backyard wants to see work like theirs, know you cover their suburb and understand how quoting works. A customer after mowing or hedging just wants to know you're available and how to book.

  • A gallery up front

Before-and-after photos near the top of the page, grouped by job type, that swipe easily on a phone. Your work is your best sales pitch.

  • Makeovers and maintenance kept apart

Garden makeovers, paving and retaining walls are big, planned jobs. Mowing and hedging are regular, smaller ones. Each needs its own section and its own call to action.

  • A quote form that takes photos

Customers can send photos of their yard with a rough size and what they're after, so you can plan before you drive out.

  • The jobs, in the words customers use

Turf laying, retaining walls, paving, garden design, irrigation, stump grinding, each named plainly so people see their job listed.

  • Suburbs and how quoting works

Named suburbs and a plain line on whether quotes are free and how soon you can visit. Both take the guesswork out of asking.

  • Licences and insurance where they apply

If you build retaining walls, pools or structures that need a licence in your state, show it alongside your insurance.

Tomi's Bobcat and Excavation

Excavation & structural landscaping · Bega Valley, NSW

Bobcat and excavator operators doing structural landscaping, licensed pool building and general earthworks. We built a one-page site with three service sections, a swipeable 42-photo gallery, a testimonial carousel, a contact form with a thank-you page and tap-to-call on mobile.

“My website is exactly how I wanted. I highly recommend Salem for any business wanting a professional website without the bull.”

  • GST. WebCraft Studio isn't registered for GST, so no GST is added.
  • Timing. Most sites are live within 5–10 days of us getting your words and photos; bigger sites (up to 8 pages) take 2–3 weeks.
  • Hosting. After launch, hosting is $30 a month: hosting, security monitoring, backups, email support and unlimited text and image changes on your existing pages. New pages or features are quoted first. No contract, cancel anytime.

Questions landscapers ask us

How many photos should a landscaping website have?

Enough to show the range of work you want more of, grouped by job type. Quality matters more than quantity, but there's no hard limit: the gallery we built for Tomi's Bobcat and Excavation has 42 photos and swipes on a phone.

Should maintenance and landscape construction be separate?

Usually, yes. Someone after a fortnightly mow and someone planning a full backyard makeover want different things. On the one-page site at $399 each gets its own section; the 3-page site at $899 gives each its own page.

Can customers send photos of their yard?

Yes. We can add an optional photo upload to your quote form, so customers can show you the space before you visit.

Do you work with landscapers outside Adelaide?

We're an Adelaide (South Australia) web design team that works with businesses Australia-wide by phone and email. Current clients are in SA, NSW, VIC and QLD. Tomi's Bobcat and Excavation and Western Sydney Stump Grinding are both in New South Wales.
