Website Design for NDIS Providers in Bunbury

Websites for disability support providers across Greater Bunbury, from Australind and Eaton to Dalyellup and Gelorup, and out to Collie and Harvey. Participants, families, coordinators and plan managers can see the supports you offer, how you're registered and how to pay you, and the support workers you're trying to hire can see why they'd want to work for you.

What Greater Bunbury participants and coordinators look for

Fewer than two in five NDIS participants in Greater Bunbury live inside the City of Bunbury itself. The rest are in the shires of Harvey, Capel and Dardanup, which is where most of the recent growth has been. A Bunbury provider's site has to speak to that whole urban area, and in this district it's speaking mostly to adults.

  • Suburbs from all four councils

At 30 June 2026 the City of Bunbury had 1,143 participants, Harvey 804, Capel 579 and Dardanup 434, so 2,960 across Greater Bunbury. The NDIA's biggest single area here was Australind – Leschenault with 610, ahead of Dalyellup with 378 and Eaton – Pelican Point with 375. Naming those suburbs, along with Carey Park, Glen Iris or Usher inside the city, matches how people actually search.

  • Adult supports given proper room

Across the NDIA's South West district, 13.7% of plans belong to children under nine, against 20.8% nationally, and 17.1% to people aged 55 and over, against 15.0%. If most of your work is daily living, community access or support for adults living on their own, lead with that, and say plainly which age groups you take.

  • Payment terms for people who self-manage

In June 2026, 18.7% of South West plans were fully self-managed and another 6.7% partly, so about one participant in four pays at least some providers directly. Those families want to know how you quote, when you invoice, how they can pay and what happens with a late cancellation. If you publish rates, check them against the NDIA's current Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits first.

  • A careers page that recruits locally

Most small providers here are hiring as well as taking referrals. A careers page can set out the roles you fill, the screening and training you require, the suburbs and towns your workers cover, whether you host students on placement, and who to send an application to. Updating it when a role is filled is a text change, not a new page.

  • Straight answers about the inland towns

Collie had 261 participants in June 2026, the area around Harvey town 194 and Donnybrook–Balingup 175. If your workers drive out to them, say on which days and whether travel time is charged. If you don't go that far, one sentence saying where your area ends is just as useful to a coordinator.

  • Readable for everyone who opens it

Clear headings, short paragraphs, large text and forms that work with a keyboard or a screen reader let more participants use the site themselves, without a family member reading it for them. We aim at WCAG 2.2 Level AA. If you have Easy Read versions of your service agreement or complaints process, they get a clear link of their own.

NDIS providers in Bunbury and the South West

State rules, in short. Western Australian rules apply in Bunbury exactly as in Perth. The Department of Communities runs the NDIS Worker Screening Check, registered providers have to use cleared workers in risk-assessed roles, and supported independent living became a registered-only support on 1 July 2026. Our Perth NDIS provider page explains how WA workers apply and what the NDIA allows on logos and the word "registered".

Growth outside the city boundary. The NDIA's South West district stretches from Waroona to Manjimup and Augusta and had 5,591 participants at 30 June 2026. Greater Bunbury accounted for 2,960 of them, up from 1,932 in June 2022. The City of Bunbury grew 37% over those four years; Capel grew 74%, Harvey 63% and Dardanup 60%. Dalyellup went from 209 to 378 and Australind – Leschenault from 363 to 610. The state's Greater Bunbury Region Scheme already plans the four councils as one region, and a provider's service area should treat them the same way.

Who participants deal with locally. APM is the local area coordination partner, with an office at 16 Victoria Street in the city centre. Uplyft, formerly Wanslea, which runs the NDIS early childhood approach for children under nine, lists a Bunbury office on Spencer Street. At 30 June 2026, 199 participants in the South West district had supported independent living funding, up from 124 in 2022. If you're one of the providers delivering it, your site should state the registration you now hold, worded as the NDIS Commission's register shows it.

Where new support workers train. South Regional TAFE's Bunbury campus teaches the Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability), on campus over one semester or as a traineeship, and the course includes 120 hours of work placement. The campus's NDIS Training Centre, a $1.3 million project opened in August 2020, has a simulated in-home care area and residential care facility. Its students are the people most likely to read your careers page, so it's worth saying whether you take placements.

How we work with Bunbury providers. We're an Adelaide web design team and work with South West businesses by phone and email; we don't travel to clients. We haven't built for a WA client yet. For other kinds of Bunbury business, see our Bunbury web design page. Bunbury runs on Perth time, 1.5 hours behind Adelaide, or 2.5 during South Australian daylight saving.

Care and support websites we've built

Neither of these is in Western Australia, and neither is a specialist disability provider. One supports older people at home in Adelaide; the other is a New South Wales cleaning business that includes NDIS cleans in its services.

Home page of the Golden Years Aged Care Support website

Golden Years Aged Care Support

Home & care services · Northern Adelaide

Personal care, cleaning, transport and respite for older people in Northern Adelaide. Its enquiry form lets an aged care provider mark that it's referring a client, the same job a coordinator option does on an NDIS site, and the text is big enough to read without zooming.

Home page of the Phoenix Housekeeping website

Phoenix Housekeeping

Home & care services · Lake Macquarie, Cessnock & Central Coast

A family-run cleaner covering Lake Macquarie, Cessnock and the Central Coast, with NDIS cleaning among its services. The suburb pages show how a spread-out area like Greater Bunbury can be covered without one long list, and its published prices show rates sitting openly on a page.

“…gave us a fixed quote so we knew exactly what we were paying, and turned around the build faster than we thought possible.”

Questions Bunbury NDIS providers ask us

Most of our participants live in Australind and Eaton. Should the site still say Bunbury?

Keep Bunbury in the page title, since it's the name most people know the area by, then name Australind, Eaton, Dalyellup and the other suburbs you reach, grouped by council. In June 2026 the three shires around the city had 1,817 participants between them, against 1,143 in the City of Bunbury.

Should our careers page mention TAFE placements?

Only if you take placement students. The disability Certificate III at South Regional TAFE includes 120 hours of placement, so a line saying you host students, and who to contact, helps people finishing the course. Add the screening and training you need, and send us changes as roles open and close.

Can we publish our rates for self-managed participants?

You can, and self-managers often look for them. Plan managers and coordinators will compare them with the NDIA's Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits, so check them against the current version before sending them to us. When rates change, emailing us the new figures is a text change covered by the $30 monthly hosting.

We also cover Busselton. Do we need a second site?

No. One site with Busselton and Dunsborough on a page of their own works if you have regular work there. The NDIA counts Busselton in the same South West district, and APM runs a separate local area coordination office in the town. Our Busselton NDIS provider page covers what's different at that end of the district.

How does an Adelaide team work with a Bunbury provider?

Entirely by phone and email. Send your supports, suburbs, registration status, any rates you want shown and the photos you'd like used, and we build a draft and send you the link. Ask for as many changes as you like, then pay once you approve it. We reply within 24 hours.
