Website Design for NDIS Providers on the Central Coast

Websites for disability support providers working anywhere from Woy Woy and Gosford to Wyong, The Entrance and the northern lakes. Families, local area coordinators and early childhood staff can see what you deliver, who you work with and which towns you reach.

What a Central Coast provider's site should make clear

Many of the people reading a Central Coast provider's site are parents of school-age children, and a good number manage the NDIS plan themselves. Before they call, they want to know how you work with someone like their child, whether you come to their end of the Coast, and what it costs.

  • How you work with autistic children and teenagers

Autism is recorded as the primary disability for 51.9% of participants in the NDIA's Central Coast district, against 44.8% nationally. If that's much of your work, describe it concretely: where sessions happen, how long they run, what a first visit looks like and how you adapt to sensory needs. Photos of your rooms or vehicles, if you supply them, answer questions a parent might not think to ask.

  • After-school and holiday availability

There were 2,887 participants aged 9 to 14 on the Coast at 30 June 2026 and another 1,559 aged 15 to 18. Families with school-age children plan around school hours, so say which afternoons, Saturdays or school-holiday periods you have openings, and keep it updated as a short, dated note rather than a promise.

  • The northern end of the Coast, by town

More participants live on the Wyong side than the Gosford side: 7,273 against 5,999 in the NDIA's figures for the two statistical areas. The largest counts were Warnervale–Wadalba (1,139) and Gorokan–Kanwal–Charmhaven (1,061). If you cover Lake Haven, Charmhaven, Blue Haven or Budgewoi, name each one so a family up there can see you mean them.

  • The Peninsula as its own heading

Umina–Booker Bay–Patonga (713 participants) and Woy Woy–Blackwall (606) together had more than Gosford–Springfield. If your workers travel there, give Woy Woy, Umina and Ettalong a heading of their own; if they don't, say so, and a coordinator with a Peninsula family won't need to ask.

  • Answers for families who self-manage

In the district, 21.5% of plans were fully self-managed and another 5.2% partly, at 30 June 2026. Those families pay you directly, so they look for your rates, what's in a service agreement, how you'd like to be paid and whether you can start without a long intake process. A clear section saves them a call to find out.

  • Separate referral routes for Social Futures and Lifestart

Social Futures is the NDIA's local area coordination partner on the Central Coast and Lifestart the early childhood partner. A referral form that asks for the age, the town, the supports wanted and the funding type, with a separate path for children under 9, gives both what they need in one go.

NDIS providers on the Central Coast: one council, a fast-growing district

Rules shared with the rest of NSW. Registration with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission works the same on the Coast as anywhere, and the NDIS Worker Check is the NSW process run by the Office of the Children's Guardian, with applications started through Service NSW. Our Sydney NDIS provider page covers both, plus the 1 July 2026 registration changes for supported independent living. Below is what's particular to the Coast.

One council, one NDIA district. Central Coast Council was formed on 12 May 2016 by merging Gosford City and Wyong Shire. The NDIA's Central Coast service district covers the same area. It had 13,272 active participants on 30 June 2026, up from 9,184 four years earlier, which is more than any single council in the Hunter; Lake Macquarie, the largest there, had 8,766. The district also had 672 participants receiving supported independent living. Families still search by town rather than council, so a site that lists Gosford, Erina, Tuggerah, Wyong, The Entrance and Toukley will match more of the searches people actually type.

A young, largely autistic participant group. The NDIA's June 2026 data records autism as the primary disability for 6,882 of the Coast's participants. The share is highest among school-age participants: of the 2,887 aged 9 to 14, 2,487 have autism recorded, and of the 1,559 aged 15 to 18, 1,304 do. For providers in this field, the website's job is to show a parent how you work with their child: the setting, the people, the routine, and what happens if a session isn't going well.

Where participants live. The ABS's Wyong statistical area, which takes in The Entrance, Ourimbah and the towns north to the lakes, had 7,273 participants and the Gosford area 5,999. After Warnervale–Wadalba and Gorokan–Kanwal–Charmhaven, the next largest counts were Gosford–Springfield (931), Bateau Bay–Killarney Vale (889) and Umina–Booker Bay–Patonga (713). Social Futures delivers local area coordination across the Coast and Lifestart the early childhood approach for children under 9. Of the district's plans, 64.9% were plan-managed, 26.7% fully or partly self-managed and 8.0% agency-managed; agency-managed participants can only use registered providers, so state your status as the Provider Register shows it.

Working with us. We're an Adelaide team and work with Central Coast providers by phone and email. One of our NSW clients, Phoenix Housekeeping, covers the Central Coast as well as Lake Macquarie and Cessnock, and lists NDIS cleans among its services. We haven't built for a business whose main work is NDIS supports, and we'll tell you that plainly before you decide anything.

Care and support websites we've built

Phoenix Housekeeping's service area takes in the Central Coast, and its services include NDIS cleans. Golden Years Aged Care Support is an aged care service in Northern Adelaide. Neither has disability support as its main work, but both needed a site that a family member could read quickly and act on.

In-home support for older people across Northern Adelaide. The six pages use large, easy-to-read text, explain nine services on one page and put tap-to-call on every page, and the enquiry form has a separate option for aged care providers referring a client.

“…Salem walked us through everything, gave us a fixed quote so we knew exactly what we were paying, and turned around the build faster than we thought possible.”

Questions Central Coast NDIS providers ask us

Most of the children we support are autistic. What should the site say about how we work?

Describe what actually happens, in your own words: where you see children, how long sessions are, who'll turn up, how you prepare a child for a first visit and what you do if they're overwhelmed. Parents comparing providers read that closely. We arrange your words into short sections with clear headings, and avoid wording that claims outcomes you can't show.

We're based in Erina but cover Wyong and the lakes. How should we show that?

List your areas north to south by town, with the northern towns you reach, such as Wyong, Tuggerah, Lake Haven and Budgewoi, named individually. On the NDIA's figures more participants live in the Wyong statistical area than the Gosford one, so those names are worth having on the page, not hidden in a general "Central Coast" line.

Families keep asking if we have after-school spots. Can the site show that?

Yes. We'd add a short, dated availability note to the supports and referrals pages, such as which afternoons or school-holiday periods have openings. When it changes, email us and we'll update it; text changes on existing pages are covered by the $30 monthly hosting. If you want families to book an intake call online, we can link your existing booking tool or build booking into the site, quoted separately.

Do you know the Central Coast?

We're an Adelaide team, so we work from your knowledge of the Coast and the NDIA's published data rather than our own visits. Our NSW client Phoenix Housekeeping covers the Central Coast, and everything with Coast providers runs by phone and email. Most sites are live within 5–10 days of us getting your words and photos; bigger sites (up to 8 pages) take 2–3 weeks. We reply within 24 hours.
