Website Design for NDIS Providers in Coffs Harbour

Websites for disability support providers across the Coffs Coast, from Sawtell, Toormina and Bonville up to Woolgoolga and Corindi Beach. Parents, plan managers, Northcott's early childhood workers and hospital teams can see what you offer, where your workers travel and how to make a referral.

What a Coffs Coast provider's site needs to answer

The City of Coffs Harbour had 2,733 NDIS participants on 30 June 2026, the second-largest count in the NDIA's Mid North Coast district after Port Macquarie-Hastings. Across that district almost every plan is paid through a plan manager or by the participant, and close to half of participants are autistic, so the questions a website must answer are fairly predictable.

  • The southern suburbs count as much as the city

In the NDIA's statistical-area figures, Sawtell–Boambee had 779 participants, more than Coffs Harbour North (737) or Coffs Harbour South (465). Woolgoolga–Arrawarra had 396 and Korora–Emerald Beach 225, and both have grown by more than 40% since 2022. Name Toormina, Boambee East, Sawtell and Bonville if your workers go there, and the beach villages from Moonee Beach to Red Rock as well.

  • Invoice details for plan managers

Of the district's 9,428 plans at 30 June 2026, 7,499 were plan-managed and just 194 agency-managed. Plan managers will be paying most of your invoices, so the referrals page should carry the trading name printed on those invoices, your ABN, your registration status and an accounts email. Each new participant then starts without a chasing phone call.

  • How sessions run for autistic children and teens

Autism is the recorded primary disability for 4,577 of the district's participants, 48.5% against 44.8% nationally, and 4,000 participants there are younger than 15. If this is your work, parents read the practical pages closely: where sessions happen, how long they last, whether a sibling can come along, and how you introduce a child to a new worker. Photos of your real rooms beat stock images.

  • A children's referral route for Rose Avenue

Northcott is the early childhood partner for the Mid North Coast and has a Coffs Harbour office at Suite 3, 169–171 Rose Avenue. A referral option asking for age, suburb and type of support, with your current wait beside it, lets an early childhood worker pass a family to you in one step instead of three emails.

  • A separate option for the health campus

Coffs Harbour Health Campus is a 357-bed level five teaching hospital for medicine, nursing and allied health. When its social work or allied health teams look for in-home support for someone going home, they want a phone number and a short professional form, not questions written for parents.

  • Languages your workers speak

At the 2021 Census, 17.2% of Woolgoolga residents spoke Punjabi at home, and in the Coffs Harbour urban area Kurdish was the most common language other than English, with 364 speakers. If any of your team speak Punjabi, Kurdish or another community language, say so on the relevant support pages, and add a preferred-language choice to the enquiry form so families can ask for it from the start.

  • SDA vacancies listed plainly

At 30 June 2026, 121 participants in the district lived in specialist disability accommodation and 120 more were eligible but not yet using it. A Coffs Harbour vacancy listing should give the design category, suburb, accessibility features and whether SIL is offered, and come down the day the room is taken.

NDIS providers on the Coffs Coast: one city in a five-council district

State and national rules. Coffs Harbour providers register with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission, and their workers get the NDIS Worker Check, which NSW administers through the Office of the Children's Guardian with applications begun at Service NSW. Supported independent living has needed registration since 1 July 2026. Our Sydney NDIS provider page sets these out with sources; the rest of this section is about the Coffs Coast.

The district around you. The NDIA's Mid North Coast service district had 9,428 participants on 30 June 2026: 3,934 in Port Macquarie-Hastings, 2,733 in Coffs Harbour, 1,574 in Kempsey, 788 in the Nambucca Valley and 399 in Bellingen Shire. Coffs Harbour had 2,033 in June 2022, so it has grown by about a third in four years. If you're based in the city and also travel to Urunga, Bellingen, Dorrigo, Macksville or Nambucca Heads, name those towns, because they sit in other council areas and families there search by their own town.

Who refers to you. Northcott delivers the early childhood approach across the Mid North Coast, for children younger than 9, with an office in Rose Avenue. Coffs Harbour Health Campus, at 345 Pacific Highway, is run by Mid North Coast Local Health District and sees nearly 45,000 emergency presentations a year. Add support coordinators, plan managers and families, and that's four or five kinds of referrer, each needing slightly different details. One referrals page with a choice at the top serves all of them.

Who participants are. Besides the 4,577 autistic participants, the district had 1,090 with intellectual disability and 690 with psychosocial disability recorded as their primary disability at 30 June 2026. There were 1,998 participants aged 0 to 8 and 2,002 aged 9 to 14. Supported independent living reached 356 participants, up from 234 four years earlier. Council acknowledges the Gumbaynggirr people as Traditional Custodians of the land, and the city runs from Bundagen in the south to Red Rock in the north, and west beyond the hinterland villages of Ulong and Nana Glen.

Working with us. We're an Adelaide team and work with Coffs Coast providers by phone and email. We haven't built a site for a Coffs Harbour business or for a business whose main work is NDIS supports; the projects below were chosen because their forms do the jobs a provider's referral page has to do. You send your supports, areas and registration details, and we send back a draft link to check before you pay anything.

Sites we've built with referral and intake forms

Neither of these is an NDIS provider or on the Coffs Coast. One takes referrals from aged care providers as well as families; the other runs a five-step intake form and online booking for a Sydney practice, the kind of intake a provider could offer families who'd rather not ring.

Golden Years Aged Care Support

Home & care services · Northern Adelaide

An in-home aged care support service in Northern Adelaide. Nine services are explained on one page, the text is large and easy to read, tap-to-call sits on every page, and the enquiry form gives aged care providers their own referral choice, much as a Coffs site would for Northcott or hospital staff.

Home page of the Resolve Forward website

Resolve Forward

Professional services · Sydney

A family dispute resolution practice in Sydney. Six service pages with FAQs, priced packages linked to online booking, and a five-step intake form that collects the basics before the first conversation. The same pattern suits an intake form for families comparing providers.

“They were very helpful and envisioned exactly what I was wanting for my website. They created the site very promptly and cost efficient.”

Questions Coffs Harbour NDIS providers ask us

Our office is in Toormina. Should the site say Coffs Harbour or Sawtell?

Both. Toormina, Sawtell and Boambee each sit within the City of Coffs Harbour, and on the NDIA's June 2026 figures the Sawtell–Boambee area had more participants than either Coffs Harbour North or Coffs Harbour South. Use Coffs Harbour in the page title and headings, then list the southern suburbs and villages you reach so a family in Bonville sees its own name.

We also see people in Bellingen and Nambucca. One site or two?

One. Give each council a short section listing the towns you go to, say Urunga and Dorrigo, or Macksville and Nambucca Heads, and how travel is charged. Bellingen Shire had 399 participants and the Nambucca Valley 788 at June 2026, so families there are searching as well, and a second site would only split your enquiries.

We have an SDA vacancy near the city. What should the listing include?

The design category the dwelling is enrolled under, the suburb, its accessibility features, whether SIL is available and how to enquire, kept factual. We lay out what you give us and don't advise on SDA rules. When the place is filled, email us and we'll take the listing down; that's a text change covered by the $30 monthly hosting.

Can Punjabi-speaking families enquire in their own language?

We can add a preferred-language field to the form and a line on each support page saying which languages your workers speak. Full pages in Punjabi need translated text from you, since we don't write or translate copy, but once you supply it we'll lay those pages out in the same design.

How do we work with you from the Coffs Coast?

By phone and email. WebCraft Studio is an Adelaide team at Ste 3/110 Hutt St, and our current clients are in SA, NSW, VIC and QLD. You send your words, photos and registration details; we build the draft, and you pay once you approve it. Most sites are live within 5–10 days of us getting your words and photos; bigger sites (up to 8 pages) take 2–3 weeks. We reply within 24 hours.
