Website Design for NDIS Providers in Port Macquarie

Websites for disability support providers across Port Macquarie-Hastings, from the town and Lake Cathie to Wauchope, Laurieton and the Camden Haven. Participants, the family members who often do the reading for them, rehab and hospital staff and plan managers can see what you deliver, where you go and how to refer someone.

What a Port Macquarie-Hastings provider's site should cover

Port Macquarie-Hastings had 3,934 NDIS participants on 30 June 2026, more than any other council in the NDIA's Mid North Coast district and up from 2,665 four years earlier. Growth has been fastest outside the town itself, so a site that only says "Port Macquarie" undersells a provider whose workers spend half the week on the Oxley Highway or down at the Camden Haven.

  • Wauchope and the Camden Haven by name

In the NDIA's statistical-area figures, Wauchope went from 456 participants in June 2022 to 722 in June 2026, and Laurieton–Bonny Hills from 406 to 623, both up by more than half. Port Macquarie West (1,274) and East (1,125) are still the biggest areas. If your workers go to Wauchope, Kendall, Lake Cathie, North Haven or Dunbogan, list those places, and say plainly if the hinterland past Long Flat or Comboyne is outside your range.

  • Pages a carer can read at a glance

The council area's median age was 49 at the 2021 Census, and 14.0% of residents aged 15 and over had given unpaid help to someone with a disability, health condition or old age in the fortnight before. Often it's a partner or an adult son or daughter comparing providers. Large, clear text, a phone number at the top of every page and short service descriptions suit them better than long introductions.

  • A route for rehab and discharge referrals

Wauchope District Memorial Hospital runs a rehabilitation unit whose doctors, nurses, physiotherapists and occupational therapists help patients regain independence after a stroke or injury, and Port Macquarie Base Hospital has its own social work and allied health teams. Staff planning a discharge want a direct number, the suburbs you cover and a short professional form, kept apart from the family enquiry.

  • Rates and payment details for self-managers

At 30 June 2026, 1,495 plans in the Mid North Coast district were fully self-managed and another 222 partly self-managed, alongside the large majority run by plan managers. A self-managing participant wants your rates, how you invoice and how you'd like to be paid, stated as they appear in your service agreement. A plan manager wants your ABN and trading name. One referrals page can hold both.

  • Honest capacity for in-home supports

The NDIA counted 283 active providers in the district at 30 June 2026: 211 delivering capacity-building supports such as therapy, but only 97 delivering core supports like daily personal activities. If you provide in-home or community access support, a short line saying whether you have room for new participants, and in which towns, will save a lot of unanswered calls.

  • A careers page aimed at local graduates

Charles Sturt University has offered its occupational therapy and physiotherapy degrees at its Port Macquarie campus. Therapy providers recruiting locally can give students and new graduates a page of their own: what supervision looks like, whether you take placements, the towns your therapists travel to and how to apply.

NDIS providers in Port Macquarie-Hastings: the district's biggest council

Rules that apply statewide. Registration with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission is national; NSW runs the NDIS Worker Check through the Office of the Children's Guardian, with applications started at Service NSW; and supported independent living became a registered support on 1 July 2026. Our Sydney NDIS provider page explains each with sources, and our Coffs Harbour page covers the Mid North Coast district as a whole. Here we stick to the Hastings.

Where the numbers are. The council area's 3,934 participants make up about 42% of the Mid North Coast district's 9,428. Within it, Port Macquarie West and East hold 2,399 between them, Wauchope 722, Laurieton–Bonny Hills 623 and the rural Port Macquarie Region area 190. That rural figure rose from 118 in 2022, a reminder that participants out at Telegraph Point, Beechwood or Ellenborough are searching too, and want to know before they ring whether anyone will travel to them.

Two districts meet at your southern edge. Kempsey Shire to the north (1,574 participants) is part of the same Mid North Coast district. Mid-Coast Council, which starts beyond Kendall and the Camden Haven and takes in Taree and Harrington, is counted in the Hunter New England district instead, with 3,282 participants, and Uniting is the local area coordination partner there. Northcott runs the early childhood approach in both districts and lists a Port Macquarie Hastings office in Home Street, so a children's referral may come from the same organisation whichever side of the line a family lives on. If you work both sides, name the towns on each.

Hospitals and training. Port Macquarie Base Hospital on Wrights Road is a 228-bed level five facility of Mid North Coast Local Health District, with occupational therapy, physiotherapy, social work and Aboriginal health among its listed services. Wauchope's hospital carries the rehabilitation unit described above, and Charles Sturt University has offered occupational therapy and physiotherapy degrees in town. A site that speaks to hospital staff and to job-seeking graduates, as well as to families, reflects how a Hastings provider actually gets its referrals and its workers.

How we work with you. We're an Adelaide team and work with Port Macquarie providers by phone and email. We haven't built a site for a Hastings business, or for one whose main work is NDIS supports; the projects below were picked for their forms and layouts. You send your supports, towns, registration details and photos, and we send a draft link to check before you pay anything.

Sites we've built with readable pages and structured forms

Neither project is in the Hastings or for an NDIS provider. One was designed for older readers and takes referrals from other providers; the other carries a weekly timetable and an enrolment form, which is how we'd set out group programs or therapy sessions with a request form beside them.

Home page of the Golden Years Aged Care Support website

Golden Years Aged Care Support

Home & care services · Northern Adelaide

In-home support for older people in Northern Adelaide. Six pages, large readable text, nine services set out on one page, tap-to-call on every page and an enquiry form where aged care providers choose their own referral option, the same split a Port Macquarie site would make for rehab or hospital staff.

Home page of the Queensland Dance & Performing Arts website

Queensland Dance & Performing Arts

Community, creative & tourism · Thorneside, Brisbane's Bayside

A dance and performing arts school on Brisbane's Bayside. Twelve pages with one per program, a weekly class timetable, a filterable photo gallery, FAQs and an online enrolment form. For a provider running social groups or school-holiday programs in Port Macquarie and Wauchope, the same timetable layout shows what's on, where and when.

Questions Port Macquarie NDIS providers ask us

We're based in Wauchope. Should the site lead with Wauchope or Port Macquarie?

Put Port Macquarie-Hastings or Port Macquarie in the title, since that's what most people type, and make Wauchope prominent in the first lines and the service area. Wauchope's participant count rose from 456 to 722 between June 2022 and June 2026, so families there are searching by their own town as well, and they'll want to see it named.

Some of our participants live in Taree and Harrington. Does that change anything?

Those towns are in Mid-Coast Council, which the NDIA counts in its Hunter New England district rather than the Mid North Coast. Local area coordination there is run by Uniting, so a referral may arrive from a different coordinator than in the Hastings. List the Mid-Coast towns you visit under their own heading and keep one referral form for everyone.

Many of the people reading our site are adult children helping a parent. What helps them?

Short pages, bigger text, a phone number and email at the top of every page, and a plain list of what you do and don't provide. An enquiry form that asks who's filling it in, the participant or someone on their behalf, lets you reply in the right way. We build to accessibility guidelines as standard, using the words you supply.

Can we put our rates on the site?

Yes. We'll lay out the rates exactly as you give them to us, usually on the referrals page beside your invoicing details. What can be claimed is set by the NDIA's pricing arrangements, so check those yourself or with your plan manager contacts; we don't give advice on NDIS pricing. Updating a rate later is a text change covered by the $30 monthly hosting.

How do we work with you from Port Macquarie?

By phone and email. WebCraft Studio is an Adelaide team at Ste 3/110 Hutt St, and our current clients are in SA, NSW, VIC and QLD. You send your words, photos and registration details, we build the draft, and you pay once you approve it. Most sites are live within 5–10 days of us getting your words and photos; bigger sites (up to 8 pages) take 2–3 weeks. We reply within 24 hours.
