Website Design for NDIS Providers in Melton

Websites for disability support and therapy providers working across the City of Melton, from Melton South and Melton West to Hillside, Taylors Hill, Caroline Springs and the new estates around Rockbank and Cobblebank. Parents, participants and coordinators can see who you support, where you go, how you're registered and how to refer.

What Melton parents and coordinators want to find

In the NDIA's Brimbank Melton district, just over half of all plans belong to children under 15, a higher share than in any other NDIA service district in the June 2026 data. A provider site here is often read by a parent on a phone, comparing two or three names after a coordinator or paediatrician has mentioned them. These are the sections that help.

  • A page written for parents

At 30 June 2026, 28.1% of Brimbank Melton plans were for children aged 0 to 8 and another 23.0% for ages 9 to 14, against 20.8% and 20.3% nationally. If you work with children, give parents their own page: ages you see, whether you come to the home, kinder or school, and what the first appointment looks like.

  • Developmental delay and autism, described plainly

Developmental delay was the primary disability on 13.4% of plans in the district, close to double the national 7.6%, and autism on 45.9%. A parent whose child has just been through the early childhood approach wants to know, in ordinary words, what you actually do in a session and what they're expected to do between visits.

  • The newer suburbs by name

Participant numbers in the NDIA's Hillside area went from 488 to 1,248 between June 2022 and June 2026, and in Rockbank – Mount Cottrell from 497 to 1,294. Families in these estates search with the suburb on their letterbox, so list Aintree, Fraser Rise, Thornhill Park or Weir Views if you go there, not just "Melton".

  • Waitlist and capacity, kept current

With numbers rising this quickly, the first question a coordinator asks is often whether you have room. A short line near the top of the home page, saying which supports have openings and which have a wait, saves calls on both sides, and changes to it are covered by hosting.

  • Registration status and invoicing details

Most Melton plans run through a plan manager, and a small share are NDIA-managed and can only use registered providers. State your status in one sentence that matches the NDIS Commission's register, then give your ABN, invoice name and an email for invoice queries.

  • Languages your team speaks

The western growth corridor has many families who speak a language other than English at home. If your therapists or support workers speak Punjabi, Vietnamese, Arabic or anything else, say so on the team page and on the referral form; it's information a coordinator can act on.

NDIS providers in Melton and the Brimbank Melton district

Victoria's rules, briefly. Melton is part of Greater Melbourne, so nothing changes from the city: workers apply for an NDIS Worker Screening Check through Service Victoria, clearances last five years and don't replace a Working with Children Check, and the Victorian Disability Worker Commission regulates the disability workforce statewide. Our Melbourne NDIS provider page sets out both, with links to the regulators.

The fastest-growing half of the district. The NDIA counted 14,603 participants in its Brimbank Melton district at 30 June 2026. The City of Melton accounted for 8,623 of them, up from 4,837 in June 2022, a rise of about 78%, while Brimbank went from 4,466 to 5,980. Within Melton the largest NDIA area is Melton South, with 2,267 participants, followed by Rockbank – Mount Cottrell (1,294), Hillside (1,248), Melton West (1,129) and Melton (1,092), with Caroline Springs and Taylors Hill smaller at 490 and 485. The council describes Melton as the fastest-growing municipality in Australia, and some of its 31 suburbs, Cobblebank and Aintree among them, were only gazetted in 2017.

One partner for adults and children. The Brotherhood of St Laurence delivers both local area coordination and the early childhood approach in Brimbank Melton, and the NDIA lists its local area coordination office on High Street in Melton. It also covers the neighbouring Western Melbourne district, which takes in Wyndham, with 10,453 participants, so a provider working in Truganina or Tarneit as well as Melton is still dealing with the same organisation. Going west is different: Bacchus Marsh, in Moorabool Shire, belongs to the NDIA's Central Highlands district, where Latrobe Community Health Service is the partner, and Moorabool had 1,418 participants.

How Melton plans are paid. Of the district's 14,603 plans, 10,467 (71.7%) were plan-managed, 3,006 (20.6%) fully self-managed, 596 (4.1%) partly self-managed and 500 (3.4%) NDIA-managed, against 6.0% NDIA-managed nationally. Self-managing parents pay you directly and want your rates, cancellation terms and how invoices arrive; plan managers want your ABN and registration status. The Victorian Government's new Melton Hospital in Cobblebank, run by Western Health, is due to be finished in 2029, which will bring a local discharge team into the referral picture.

Working with an Adelaide team. We're based in Adelaide and work with Melton providers by phone and email, half an hour behind you on the clock. None of our clients is in Melton, and the one Victorian client in our portfolio is a coaching practice in Melbourne. You send your supports, suburbs and photos; we build a draft you can check on your phone; you pay once you've approved it.

Care and support sites we've built

We haven't built a site for a Melton provider, or for a business whose main work is NDIS supports. These two are the closest: in-home support for older people in Adelaide, and a family cleaning business in New South Wales that includes NDIS cleans.

Home page of the Golden Years Aged Care Support website

Golden Years Aged Care Support

Home & care services · Northern Adelaide

Golden Years Aged Care Support works across Northern Adelaide. Its six pages use large text and a call button on every page, and the enquiry form lets a referring aged care provider identify itself, which is the same job a referral form does for a Brimbank Melton coordinator.

Home page of the Phoenix Housekeeping website

Phoenix Housekeeping

Home & care services · Lake Macquarie, Cessnock & Central Coast

Phoenix Housekeeping is a family-run cleaner in Lake Macquarie, Cessnock and the Central Coast with NDIS cleaning among its services. Each part of its area has its own suburb page, a pattern that suits a provider covering Melton's older suburbs and its new estates separately.

“He listened to my feedback and made no hesitations to revise and adjust my website until we were completely happy with it.”

Questions Melton NDIS providers ask us

Most of our clients are young children. How should the site be organised?

Lead with the parent's questions: what ages you see, where sessions happen, how long the wait is and how to start. In Brimbank Melton, 51% of plans in June 2026 were for children under 15, so for many providers the children's page is the main page. Adult supports can sit on their own page.

We also work in Bacchus Marsh. Does the site need to treat it differently?

Give it its own heading. Bacchus Marsh is in the NDIA's Central Highlands district, so families there deal with Latrobe Community Health Service rather than the Brotherhood of St Laurence, and they search with their own town's name, not Melton's.

Should we list every new estate?

List the suburbs you'll actually travel to, using their gazetted names, such as Cobblebank, Strathtulloh, Fraser Rise or Thornhill Park. Estate marketing names change; suburb names are what parents type into a search and what coordinators write on a referral.

We're unregistered. What can the website say?

That you're an unregistered provider, which ways of managing a plan you work with, and nothing that suggests otherwise, including the registered provider logo. Only 3.4% of district plans were NDIA-managed in June 2026, but some supports need registration whoever the participant is. The NDIS Commission's guidance is where to check what applies to you.

How does it work if you're in Adelaide?

Everything happens by phone and email. We're at Ste 3/110 Hutt St, Adelaide, and work with businesses Australia-wide, with current clients in SA, NSW, VIC and QLD. Most sites are live within 5–10 days of us getting your words and photos. We reply within 24 hours.
