Website Design for Coaches & Consultants in Moreton Bay

For career coaches in North Lakes, retirement and life-transition coaches on Bribie Island and the Redcliffe peninsula, and consultants in Strathpine or Caboolture who want local and council work: a site that shows who you help, when you can see them and how to book, with nothing to pay until you approve the draft.

What a Moreton Bay coach or consultant's site should show

A lot of people here spend the working day somewhere else, and the region's suburbs run from young estates to retirement towns. Within a few seconds a visitor should be able to tell whether you work with people like them and whether your hours fit theirs.

  • Session times outside office hours

If you take early mornings, evenings or Saturdays, show them on the booking page rather than leaving people to guess. For a client who drives to Brisbane each day, a 7 pm video session may be the only slot that works.

  • How far you'll go in person

Redcliffe to Caboolture is a long trip for a one-hour session. Say where you meet face to face, perhaps a room in North Lakes or a home office in Albany Creek, and which parts of the region you see by video instead.

  • Who you work with, by stage of life

A coach for parents going back to work and one for people planning retirement are talking to different suburbs. Say which you are near the top of the home page, in the words your clients use about themselves.

  • What retirement coaching covers, and what it doesn't

Coaching about purpose, routine and relationships after full-time work is one thing; recommending a super fund or an investment is another, and generally needs a licence. A line saying you don't give financial advice, and naming who you refer people to, marks the boundary.

  • A page for local employers and the council

Leadership sessions, team workshops and coaching for managers are bought by businesses and by council teams. A page listing what you deliver, your ABN, your insurances and the fact that you're based in the region gives a buyer what they need to ask for a quote.

  • One name for the first step

Discovery call, intro chat or first session: choose one name and use it everywhere. The button goes in the header, after each program and again at the foot of the page, and it opens the scheduling tool you already use.

Coaching in Moreton Bay: commuters, life stages and local buying

Queensland's rules apply here exactly as they do in the capital, and our Brisbane coaching page covers them: who may call themselves a psychologist, when the state's code of conduct for unregistered health care workers comes into play, and the blue card needed for coaching children. One difference is worth knowing. Brisbane City Council's free co-working hub at Nundah is for businesses in the Brisbane local government area (opens in a new tab), so a coach based north of the boundary can't plan on using it.

Many residents work outside the region. When council released its plan for jobs at Narangba East in December 2024, Mayor Peter Flannery said (opens in a new tab) about 80,000 residents commute out of the city for work every week, and the plan put the precinct's potential at up to 10,500 local jobs. For coaches that shapes two things. Booking hours have to suit people who leave early and get home late, and video saves them another trip. Career coaches also have a local conversation to join: people who'd rather work closer to home, in a city whose council is trying to bring more jobs in.

The region holds two quite different audiences. In the ABS's estimates for June 2025, Bribie Island had 22,215 residents with a median age of 64.2, and 48.3% of them were 65 or older; Redcliffe's median was 53.9. North Lakes, by contrast, had a median of 35.5 and Mango Hill 33.8, with fewer than one resident in eight over 65 in either. A coach who helps people plan the years after full-time work and one who works with parents juggling careers are speaking to different suburbs, and the site should make it obvious which you are. Retirement coaching carries a boundary worth stating: ASIC (opens in a new tab) counts financial product advice, such as recommending which product to buy, as a financial service that generally needs an Australian financial services licence.

Consultants and coaches who sell to organisations can use being local. City of Moreton Bay's supplier guidance (opens in a new tab) says it invites quotes and tenders through VendorPanel, may buy through Local Buy arrangements, and for contracts under $500,000 may approach suitable local businesses first; under $25,000, for instance, it seeks at least one written quote from a local business where one is suitable. For contracts of $500,000 or more it may include a 15 percent weighting for local business and local benefit. Local Buy's training services arrangement (opens in a new tab) has a learning and development consulting category that names coaching and mentoring. If you're based here, the site should say where, and list the workshops and programs a council team or a local employer could buy.

The council area takes in 94 suburbs over more than 2,045 square kilometres, from the Redcliffe peninsula and the Pine Rivers suburbs to Caboolture, Bribie Island and the rural west around Dayboro and Woodford. People describe where they live by those names, so use them when you list where you meet. We're an Adelaide team and work with Moreton Bay coaches and consultants by phone and email. You send your programs, your hours and the suburbs you cover; we send back a draft link to look over between sessions.

Sites we've built that fit a coaching practice

None of our clients is a Moreton Bay coach. Our coaching client is Dr Tabara Dione in Melbourne, and M.J. Debney Plumbing & Gas, one of our Queensland clients, shows how much a single page can hold when that's all a new practice needs.

Trades & construction · Queensland

A Queensland plumber and gas fitter on one page: six services, a photo gallery that swipes on mobile, client testimonials and a protected contact form. Put programs where the services are and a photo of you at work where the gallery is, and it reads as a one-page coaching site.

“Rebuilt two websites for our businesses and saved us a fortune on hosting etc. Nothing is ever a problem, will email back on a Saturday night if need be.”

Questions Moreton Bay coaches and consultants ask us

Most of our clients work in Brisbane. Should the site show evening sessions?

If you offer them, yes. List the hours you actually take bookings, including early starts, evenings or Saturdays, and set your scheduling tool to show only those slots. If your hours change later, updating the page is a text change under hosting.

We coach people heading into retirement. Can the site talk about super?

It can say that money is one of the things clients bring to sessions, but take care with anything that reads like advice. ASIC treats recommending a financial product as financial product advice, which generally needs an AFS licence, and its guidance explains what counts. A short line saying you don't give financial advice, and naming who you refer people to, keeps the boundary clear.

Does being based in Moreton Bay help with council work?

It can. Council's supplier guidance says it may invite quotes from suitable local businesses first on contracts under $500,000, and may apply a 15 percent local weighting at $500,000 and above. It invites quotes through VendorPanel, so register there, and make sure your site shows your Moreton Bay address and the programs a council team could buy.

Is one page enough for a coaching practice?

For a sole coach with one or two offers, often it is. A single page at $399 can carry who you work with, your hours, fees, testimonials and a booking button. When you add workshops or a page for employers, the 3-page site at $899 gives them room.

You're in Adelaide. Do we ever need to meet?

You send your words, a photo and your booking link; we build the draft, you ask for changes, and you pay once you approve it. We reply within 24 hours.
