Website Design for Coaches & Consultants

Websites for business, executive, career and life coaches, and independent consultants, that explain what working with you looks like and put booking a first call one click away.

What a coaching website needs to do

Coaching isn't a regulated profession in Australia, so anyone can call themselves a coach. Someone choosing one is sizing up a stranger, and looks for evidence: who you work with, how a program runs, what it costs, and whether past clients back up what you say.

  • One obvious way to book a first call

A "Book a discovery call" button on every page, opening the scheduling tool you already use, such as Calendly or Acuity, with a line on how long the call runs and what it covers. People who aren't ready can use a short contact form instead.

  • Programs set out like a menu

Each offer named, with who it's for, the number of sessions, how long it runs, online or in person, and a price or "from" price. A visitor should be able to tell a short career-change program from a year-long executive engagement without emailing you.

  • Testimonials that hold up

Real clients, named or initialled with their permission, and quoted as written. The ACCC says fake reviews are against the law, and that reviews can mislead if they're edited afterwards or come from family, staff or paid reviewers without the connection being stated. We lay out the testimonials you send; we don't write or reword them.

  • Credentials people can check

If you hold an ICF credential (ACC, PCC or MCC) or another accreditation, name it and link to where it can be verified, such as the ICF's Verify a Coach directory. Relevant career history counts as well: a line on the years you spent leading teams says more than "passionate about growth".

  • Outcomes stated plainly

"Clients double their revenue" is a claim, and under the Australian Consumer Law claims can't be misleading. Describe what tends to change for the people you work with, and keep numbers to ones you can show.

  • An about page that sounds like you

Clients are buying a working relationship, so the about page carries more weight than on most business sites: a real photo, your background and why you work with the people you do. Consultants can add past engagements by sector, with client permission.

Coaching and consulting sites we've built

One of our clients is a coaching practice: a Melbourne specialist anaesthetist who coaches other doctors. We also built a Sydney dispute resolution practice whose priced packages lead straight into online booking, the same pattern many coaches use to offer programs.

Dr Tabara Dione Coaching

Professional services · Melbourne

Confidential one-on-one performance and development coaching for doctors. The site has a services overview, an about page covering her credentials, a contact form, and a discovery-call booking link reachable from every page. A line in the footer makes clear that coaching isn't medical or psychological treatment.

What a coaching website costs

One page

$399

A single offer or a new practice: who you help, your program, testimonials, your story and a booking button on one page.

Our suggestion for most coaches

Up to 3 pages

$899

A home page, a programs page with session counts and prices, and an about page with your background and credentials.

Up to 8 pages

$1,499

For several programs or audiences: a page per program, workshops or speaking, client stories and a contact page.

  • Payment. No deposit. We build your draft first, you ask for as many changes as you like, and you pay once you approve it. If you don't go ahead, you owe nothing.
  • GST. WebCraft Studio isn't registered for GST, so no GST is added.
  • Timing. Most sites are live within 5–10 days of us getting your words and photos; bigger sites (up to 8 pages) take 2–3 weeks.
  • Hosting. After launch, hosting is $30 a month: hosting, security monitoring, backups, email support and unlimited text and image changes on your existing pages. New pages or features are quoted first. No contract, cancel anytime.
  • Domain and email. We register your domain in your name (about $20 a year), connect it to your site and set up your business email.

Questions coaches and consultants ask us

Can people book a discovery call through the website?

Yes, through the booking tool you already use. Every page gets a button that opens your scheduling link, so your availability is managed in one place. We don't run booking systems ourselves, so if you don't have one yet, set it up first and we'll link to it.

Can clients pay for a program on the website?

Not through a system of ours. If you sell programs through a payment link, a course platform or your booking tool's checkout, we put a clear button to it beside each program, so payments stay with a provider built for them.

Should coaches show prices?

For fixed programs, a price or "from" price means the discovery call is about fit rather than money. For bespoke consulting, a typical engagement range or day rate helps in the same way. It's your choice, and nothing goes live until you've approved it.

How should we handle testimonials?

Use genuine ones, with each client's permission, and publish them as the client wrote them, since the ACCC notes that reviews edited by someone else can mislead. Its guidance on online reviews (opens in a new tab) is worth a read. If clients have reviewed you on Google or LinkedIn, we can link to those too.

Which package suits a coach or consultant?

Most coaches with two or three programs fit the 3-page site at $899. A single offer fits on one page for $399. Consultants with several services, workshops and speaking work usually need the 8-page site at $1,499.

Do you work with coaches outside Adelaide?

Yes. Our team is in Adelaide, South Australia, and works with clients Australia-wide by phone and email; current clients are in SA, NSW, VIC and QLD. Our coaching client, Dr Tabara Dione, is based in Melbourne.
