Website Design for NDIS Providers in Traralgon

Websites for disability support providers in Traralgon and across the Latrobe Valley, from Morwell, Moe and Newborough to Churchill and Glengarry, and further out to Warragul, Drouin or Sale. Participants, families and coordinators can see your supports, the towns you cover, how you're registered and how to refer.

What Latrobe Valley participants and coordinators look for

The Latrobe Valley isn't one town but four or five close together, and families in Moe don't necessarily assume a Traralgon provider comes to them. Participants in Inner Gippsland also skew a little older than the national picture, with more adults on psychosocial and intellectual disability plans. These sections help a reader decide.

  • Each Valley town under its own name

The NDIA's June 2026 counts put 1,237 participants in Traralgon, 926 in Morwell, 891 in Moe – Newborough, 460 in Churchill and 148 in Yallourn North – Glengarry. Name each town you cover, with the days you're usually there, rather than writing "the Valley" and leaving people to guess.

  • Adult supports given proper room

Across Inner Gippsland, 10.3% of plans belonged to people aged 55 to 64, against 9.2% nationally, and intellectual disability was the primary disability on 15.1% against 12.9%, and psychosocial disability was the primary disability on 9.8% of plans against 8.5% nationally. If you support adults with mental health conditions or an intellectual disability, describe that work in detail instead of folding it under children's services.

  • Terms for families who self-manage

In June 2026, 21.9% of Inner Gippsland plans were fully self-managed, above the national 20.8% and well above districts such as Goulburn. Self-managing participants pay you directly, so publish how you invoice, how soon payment is expected, your cancellation terms and what a service agreement covers.

  • Registration in one clear sentence

Only 134 plans in the district, 1.7%, were NDIA-managed, so most participants can use an unregistered provider for most supports. State your status anyway, in words that match the NDIS Commission's register, and leave the registered provider logo off unless you hold registration.

  • Baw Baw if you go west

Baw Baw Shire grew from 1,409 participants in June 2022 to 2,236 in June 2026, with 1,008 in Warragul and 780 in Drouin. If your workers cover the western end of the district, give those towns their own heading; families there search with their own town's name, not Traralgon's.

  • A careers page with real detail

Yallourn Power Station is due to close in mid-2028, and plenty of Valley locals will be weighing up new work over the next few years. A careers page that says which towns you roster in, what shifts look like and how the NDIS Worker Screening Check works for a new starter gives an applicant something concrete.

NDIS providers in Traralgon and Inner Gippsland

State rules, in short. A Traralgon provider follows the same Victorian requirements as a Melbourne one: NDIS Worker Screening Checks are applied for through Service Victoria and last five years, they don't stand in for a Working with Children Check, and the Victorian Disability Worker Commission regulates the disability workforce across the state. Our Melbourne NDIS provider page explains how both appear on a provider's site.

Four councils from Phillip Island to the Valley. The NDIA counted 8,098 participants in its Inner Gippsland district at 30 June 2026. Latrobe City had 3,663 of them, up from 2,507 in June 2022, about 46% more, followed by Baw Baw (2,236), Bass Coast (1,294, including Wonthaggi and Phillip Island) and South Gippsland (905, including Leongatha, Korumburra and Foster). Bass Coast and Baw Baw each grew by close to 60% over the same four years, faster than Latrobe itself.

A partner based in the Valley. Latrobe Community Health Service delivers local area coordination in Inner Gippsland, with NDIS offices in Traralgon, Morwell, Moe, Churchill, Warragul, Leongatha and Wonthaggi. Its head office is in Morwell. The same organisation covers Outer Gippsland, from offices in Sale and Bairnsdale, so although Wellington Shire, with Sale, Maffra and Yarram and 1,672 participants, is a different NDIA district, a provider covering both ends of Gippsland is dealing with one partner.

How plans are paid here. Of the 8,098 Inner Gippsland plans, 5,875 (72.5%) were plan-managed, 1,774 (21.9%) fully self-managed, 304 (3.8%) partly self-managed and 134 (1.7%) NDIA-managed, against 68.8% plan-managed and 6.0% NDIA-managed nationally. Latrobe Regional Hospital in Traralgon is another place referrals can start, so a referral form that lets a discharge planner or allied health worker identify themselves is worth having.

Working with an Adelaide team. We're based in Adelaide and work with Gippsland providers by phone and email, half an hour behind you on the clock. None of our clients is in the Latrobe Valley, and the one Victorian client in our portfolio is a coaching practice in Melbourne. You send your supports, towns and photos, we send a draft you can check on your phone, and you pay only once you approve it.

Care and support sites we've built

We haven't built a site for a Traralgon provider, or for a business that mainly delivers NDIS supports. The two nearest projects are an Adelaide in-home support service for older people and a New South Wales family cleaning business that offers NDIS cleans.

Home page of the Golden Years Aged Care Support website

Golden Years Aged Care Support

Home & care services · Northern Adelaide

Golden Years Aged Care Support helps older people stay at home in Northern Adelaide. The site sets out nine services on one page in large type with a call button throughout, and its enquiry form has a referral option for aged care providers, much as a Valley provider would want one for coordinators and discharge planners.

Home page of the Phoenix Housekeeping website

Phoenix Housekeeping

Home & care services · Lake Macquarie, Cessnock & Central Coast

Phoenix Housekeeping is a family cleaning business working across Lake Macquarie, Cessnock and the Central Coast, with NDIS cleaning in its service list. Its site has suburb pages across its service area, which is how we'd treat Traralgon, Morwell, Moe and Churchill.

“From day one he was very professional and patient when making my website.”

Questions Traralgon NDIS providers ask us

We cover Traralgon, Morwell and Moe. One page or three?

One page can list all three clearly, each under its own heading with the days you visit. If each town has its own workers or groups, a 3-page or 8-page site can give each one a page. Traralgon, Morwell and Moe – Newborough each had close to or above 900 participants in June 2026.

A lot of our participants self-manage. What should we publish?

Your rates or a link to the NDIS price guide you charge to, how and when you invoice, payment terms, cancellation terms and what your service agreement covers. In Inner Gippsland, 21.9% of plans were fully self-managed in June 2026, and those families are paying you directly.

Our workers also go to Sale. Does that change anything?

Sale is in Wellington Shire, which the NDIA counts in Outer Gippsland, not Inner Gippsland. Latrobe Community Health Service is the partner in both, from its Sale office there, so the main change is a separate heading for Sale and Maffra on your areas list.

We're not registered. Is that a problem for Valley families?

For most, no: only 1.7% of Inner Gippsland plans were NDIA-managed in June 2026. Some supports need registration for every participant, though. Say plainly that you're unregistered and check the NDIS Commission's guidance for what applies to your supports.

How do we work together from Adelaide?

By phone and email, the same way we work with every client outside Adelaide. We're at Ste 3/110 Hutt St, Adelaide, with current clients in SA, NSW, VIC and QLD. Most sites are live within 5–10 days of us getting your words and photos. We reply within 24 hours.
