Website Design for NDIS Providers in Bendigo

Websites for disability support providers in Greater Bendigo and the towns around it, from Castlemaine and Kyneton to Echuca and Maryborough. Self-managing families, plan managers and coordinators can see what you deliver, where you go, how you charge and how to make a referral.

What a Bendigo provider's site has to answer

Participants in the Loddon district manage their own funding more often than most. Over a fifth of plans here are fully self-managed, so the person reading your site is frequently the one who'll sign the service agreement and pay the invoice. That changes what needs to be on the page.

  • Terms a self-managing family can read

In June 2026, 22.5% of Loddon plans were fully self-managed and another 5.8% partly self-managed, against 20.8% and 4.2% nationally. Those families pay you directly, so spell out how often you invoice, how they can pay, what happens if a shift is cancelled and, if you're happy to publish them, your rates.

  • The Bendigo suburbs with the most participants

By the NDIA's June 2026 counts, Kangaroo Flat – Golden Square had 1,138 participants, the central Bendigo area 978, California Gully – Eaglehawk 910 and White Hills – Ascot 884. Name the suburbs you actually staff so a family in Eaglehawk or Golden Square can tell straight away.

  • The southern towns, closer to Melbourne

Macedon Ranges Shire, with Gisborne, Kyneton, Woodend and Romsey, had 1,844 participants in June 2026, up from 1,124 in 2022. It's counted in the same district as Bendigo, but families there may be comparing you with Melbourne providers too, so say clearly whether your workers come that far south.

  • Echuca, with a word on Moama

Campaspe Shire, which takes in Echuca, Kyabram and Rochester, had 1,416 participants. Moama sits across the river in New South Wales, in Murray River Council. If you cover both towns, list them under separate state headings.

  • Castlemaine and the goldfields towns

Mount Alexander Shire, centred on Castlemaine, grew from 459 participants in 2022 to 755 in 2026. Central Goldfields, around Maryborough, had 587 and Loddon Shire, with Wedderburn, Inglewood and Boort, had 213. If you go to any of them, name the town and say how travel is charged.

  • Registration, stated once and accurately

NDIA-managed participants can only use registered providers, and there were 462 such plans across the Loddon district in June 2026, about one in twenty-five. A single sentence near the top saying whether you're registered, matching the NDIS Commission's register, settles it for them and for coordinators.

NDIS providers in Bendigo and the Loddon district

State rules, summarised. Bendigo providers work under the same Victorian arrangements as Melbourne ones: NDIS Worker Screening Checks are applied for through Service Victoria and assessed by the state's NDIS Worker Screening Unit, clearances last five years and don't stand in for a Working with Children Check, and the Victorian Disability Worker Commission oversees the disability workforce. The detail, with links to each regulator, is on our Melbourne NDIS provider page.

A district from the Murray to the Macedon Ranges. The NDIA's Loddon service district had 11,134 participants at 30 June 2026. Greater Bendigo was home to 6,319, up from 4,243 four years earlier, and the rest were spread across Macedon Ranges (1,844), Campaspe (1,416), Mount Alexander (755), Central Goldfields (587) and Loddon Shire (213). Growth was fastest at the southern end: Macedon Ranges and Mount Alexander both rose by around 64%, against about 49% in Greater Bendigo.

Intereach on both sides of the river. Intereach delivers local area coordination and the NDIS early childhood approach across the Loddon district, for children younger than 6 with developmental concerns and younger than 9 with a disability, as well as across the Mallee, Goulburn and the Murrumbidgee in New South Wales. Because Murray River Council, which includes Moama, falls in the NDIA's Murrumbidgee district, families in Echuca and Moama deal with the same partner even though they live in different states. NSW and Victorian children's checks are still separate, and our Albury-Wodonga NDIS page shows how a site can set out a border area.

How participants pay. Of the 11,134 Loddon plans in June 2026, 7,500 were plan-managed (67.4%), 2,501 fully self-managed (22.5%), 641 partly self-managed (5.8%) and 462 NDIA-managed (4.1%). That self-managed share is higher than in Barwon (15.5%), the Central Highlands (18.1%) or the Mallee (8.1%), and it's the reason we'd put payment terms and a plain explanation of your service agreement on a Bendigo provider's site rather than leaving them for the first phone call.

Working with an Adelaide team. We're based in Adelaide and work with Bendigo providers by phone and email, half an hour behind you on the clock. None of our clients is in Bendigo, and the one Victorian client in our portfolio is in Melbourne. You send your supports, towns, terms and photos; we build a draft you can check on your phone; you pay once you approve it.

Care and support websites we've built

No Bendigo provider is among our clients, and neither is a business built mainly around NDIS supports. These two are the closest: an Adelaide home support service for older people and a New South Wales cleaner with an NDIS cleaning service and published prices.

Golden Years Aged Care Support

Home & care services · Northern Adelaide

Golden Years Aged Care Support provides personal care, cleaning, transport and respite for older people in Northern Adelaide. Its six pages use large, readable type and a phone button on every page, and its enquiry form has a separate option for aged care providers making a referral.

Home page of the Phoenix Housekeeping website

Phoenix Housekeeping

Home & care services · Lake Macquarie, Cessnock & Central Coast

Phoenix Housekeeping, a family cleaning business around Lake Macquarie, publishes its pricing on the site, which is the kind of plain information a self-managing Bendigo family wants. Its NDIS cleaning service sits among its other services, and suburb pages cover each part of its service area.

Questions Bendigo NDIS providers ask us

Should we publish our rates on the website?

That's your decision. Self-managing families often prefer to see them, and more than a fifth of plans in the Loddon district are fully self-managed. If you do, a simple table works, and changing it later is a text edit covered by the $30 monthly hosting. Check any figures against the NDIA's current pricing arrangements before they go up.

We're based in Kyneton. Should the site lean towards Bendigo or Melbourne?

Towards the towns you actually serve. Macedon Ranges is in the NDIA's Loddon district with Bendigo, so referrals through local area coordination come via Intereach, but a family in Gisborne may search Melbourne providers too. Naming Kyneton, Woodend, Gisborne and Romsey on the page helps both groups find you.

We support people in Echuca and Moama. Is that two sets of rules?

Partly. Your workers' NDIS clearances are valid across Australia and both towns share Intereach as the local partner, but working with children checks are issued by each state. Put Echuca and Moama under separate state headings, and check the NSW and Victorian guidance on children's checks before you describe your workers' clearances.

Can self-managing families pay us through the website?

Yes. We build online payment and booking systems into sites, quoted for each job once we know how you invoice. If you already send invoices with a pay link from your accounting software, we can simply explain that on the site instead.

Does it matter that you're not in Victoria?

Not for the work itself. We're an Adelaide (South Australia) team at Ste 3/110 Hutt St, building for businesses Australia-wide by phone and email, with current clients in SA, NSW, VIC and QLD. There's no deposit: you see the draft, ask for changes and pay once you're happy. We reply within 24 hours.

Planning a website for your Bendigo NDIS service?
