Website Design for Yoga and Pilates Studios

Websites for yoga studios, reformer and mat Pilates studios and independent teachers that show this week's classes, explain your intro offer in a sentence, and send people to the booking app you already use to reserve a spot.

What a yoga or Pilates studio website needs to answer

Someone choosing a studio usually wants three things settled before they book: is there a class at a time they can make, which class suits a beginner, and what it costs to try. Reformer studios get a fourth question, about whether they need any Pilates experience first. When the home page answers those, your booking app can do the rest.

  • A timetable fed by your booking software

Most studios already run their schedule in software. Mindbody offers widgets for your own website, and Momence puts classes, courses and workshops on one calendar alongside packs and memberships. We link or embed your live schedule where the software allows, so a sub or a cancelled class shows up straight away. Without that, we build the timetable into the page and update it whenever you email us.

  • Class descriptions a beginner can choose from

For each style, say how fast it moves, how hot the room is for heated classes, what level it suits and what equipment it uses. "Slow, mostly on the floor, good after a long run" helps more than a lineage history. If newcomers to the reformer must take a foundations class or private session first, say so beside the timetable and link straight to that class.

  • Intro offers, packs and memberships, priced in full

List every option the way it's charged: the intro offer and what it rolls into, casual classes, packs with their expiry, and memberships with the billing amount, minimum term and notice to cancel. Put your late-cancel and no-show rules right beside them. In WA, the fitness code names a yoga class as an example of a fitness service, requires membership pricing to be published, including the total minimum cost, and Consumer Protection says nobody should have to meet with someone to find it out.

  • Teachers, their training and their registration

A short bio for each teacher with the styles they teach, their training hours and any registration. Yoga Australia registers teachers at Provisional (200 hours), Level 1 (350), Level 2 (500) and Level 3 Senior (1,000 hours) and runs a directory of registered teachers. Pilates Association Australia runs a member directory. Show whichever applies, and link the directory so students can check.

  • Health fund rebates, stated precisely

Pilates Association Australia refers to Pilates being re-included as rebateable in July 2025, and Yoga Australia says yoga has been reinstated as a recognised natural therapy. Neither means every class is claimable. Yoga Australia lists five funds that recognise its provider numbers, only for teachers at Level 2 and above, with a claim code for studio classes of no more than eight people. Pilates Association Australia says claims through health management programs typically need a form or referral from a GP or allied health provider, and expects some funds to add Pilates rebates from early 2027. Your site names what applies to your teachers and asks students to check with their fund.

  • Clinical Pilates taught by physiotherapists

If a physiotherapist runs clinical Pilates at your studio, those classes are a regulated health service, and Ahpra's advertising requirements apply to any person or business advertising one. That includes the ban on testimonials about clinical aspects such as symptoms, treatment or outcomes. Ahpra says reviews of customer service that don't mention clinical aspects aren't testimonials under the National Law, but a review saying a class fixed someone's back doesn't belong on the clinical Pilates page.

  • Everything a first-timer wonders about

What to wear and bring, whether mats are provided or hired, grip socks for reformer, how early to arrive, showers and lockers, parking, and what to tell the teacher about injuries or pregnancy. If your booking app asks for a health questionnaire or waiver at sign-up, mention it so the first booking doesn't surprise anyone.

Timetables and booking we've built

We haven't built a site for a yoga or Pilates studio yet. The closest is a Brisbane dance school with a weekly class timetable, a page per program and online enrolment. The other is a Melbourne coaching practice whose online booking is linked from every page, which is how a studio's Book a class button should work.

Home page of the Queensland Dance & Performing Arts website

Queensland Dance & Performing Arts

Community, creative & tourism · Thorneside, Brisbane's Bayside

Queensland Dance & Performing Arts teaches ballet, contemporary and circus arts in Thorneside, on Brisbane's Bayside. Its 12 pages include a weekly class timetable, a page for each program and the full-time diploma, a filterable photo gallery, FAQs and an online enrolment form. Swap programs for class styles and it's most of a studio site.

Home page of the Dr Tabara Dione Coaching website

Dr Tabara Dione Coaching

Professional services · Melbourne

One-on-one coaching for doctors, led by a Melbourne specialist anaesthetist. The site has a services overview, an about page covering her credentials, a contact form and online discovery-call booking linked from every page. A studio's intro offer works the same way: one booking link, never more than a tap away.

“My website is exactly how I wanted. I highly recommend Salem for any business wanting a professional website without the bull.”

  • Payment. No deposit. We build your draft first, you ask for as many changes as you like, and you pay once you approve it. If you don't go ahead, you owe nothing.
  • GST. WebCraft Studio isn't registered for GST, so no GST is added.
  • Timing. Most sites are live within 5–10 days of us getting your words and photos; bigger sites (up to 8 pages) take 2–3 weeks.
  • Hosting. After launch, hosting is $30 a month: hosting, security monitoring, backups, email support and unlimited text and image changes on your existing pages. New pages or features are quoted first. No contract, cancel anytime.
  • Domain and email. We register your domain in your name (about $20 a year), connect it to your site and set up your business email.

Questions studio owners ask us

Can people book and pay for classes through our website?

Yes. If you use Mindbody, Momence or similar studio software, the Book a class button opens it with your timetable, packs and memberships already set up, so you keep one schedule. If you'd rather take bookings and payments inside your own site, we build that too, quoted per job.

Can we sell gift vouchers and class packs online?

Your booking software may already sell both. If you sell gift vouchers, remember that under the Australian Consumer Law most must be sold with a minimum 3-year expiry and show the expiry date clearly, as Consumer Affairs Victoria explains (opens in a new tab). If you'd also like a small shop for vouchers, mats and props, our online stores start at $799 for up to 25 products.

We teach in community halls, not our own studio. Does that change the site?

Only the timetable. Classes are grouped by venue, each with its address, a map, parking notes and the entrance to use, plus whether mats are provided. For outdoor classes, add where you'll post a cancellation if it rains. When you pick up or drop a venue, updating the timetable is a text change covered by the $30 monthly hosting.

Which package suits a yoga or Pilates studio?

An independent teacher can do well with the one-page site at $399. Most studios suit the 3-page site at $899: home and intro offer, class styles, and pricing. Studios with several rooms, reformer and mat programs, prenatal classes or teacher training are better on the 8-page site at $1,499. A site that size takes 2–3 weeks once we have your words and photos.

Do you work with studios outside Adelaide?

Yes. We're a web design team at Ste 3/110 Hutt St, Adelaide, working with businesses Australia-wide by phone and email; our current clients are in SA, NSW, VIC and QLD. You send your timetable link, class descriptions, prices and some photos of the room, and we send a link to the draft to check on your phone between classes.

Ready to start your studio's website?

Send us your booking link, a description of each class style, your intro offer and prices, and a few photos of the room. We'll quote it, build the draft, and you pay once you're happy with it.

We reply within 24 hours. Prefer email? info@webcraftstudio.com.au
