Website Design for Lawyers in Moreton Bay

Websites for solicitors across the City of Moreton Bay, from Redcliffe and North Lakes to Strathpine, Caboolture and Bribie Island: the towns you really see clients from, the Magistrates Court you appear in, and clear pages for the conveyancing, wills and family law a fast-growing city keeps asking for.

What a Moreton Bay law firm's website needs

The council counts 94 suburbs across more than 2,045 square kilometres, so a practice in Morayfield and one in Kallangur can be serving quite different communities inside the same city. Your site should make it obvious where you are and who you see.

  • Your office and the towns around it

Name the suburb you work from first, then the areas most of your clients come from, whether that's the Redcliffe peninsula, the old Pine Rivers suburbs or Caboolture and the towns north of it. With two offices, each gets a page with its own address, parking and hours.

  • The right court for each kind of matter

The city has three Magistrates Courts: Caboolture, Redcliffe and Pine Rivers at Strathpine. A criminal or traffic page that names the courts you appear in, and explains in your words what happens on the first mention, answers what a nervous client wants to know.

  • Conveyancing pages that explain seller disclosure

Since 1 August 2025, Queensland sellers have had to give buyers a disclosure statement before a contract is signed. A page for sellers can say what you need from them and when; a page for buyers can say what the statement leaves out, such as flooding history.

  • Family law for young households

According to the council, 45% of households in the city have children. If you handle separation, parenting arrangements or property settlements, give each its own section and explain that federal family law matters run through the Federal Circuit and Family Court in Brisbane.

  • Wills, powers of attorney and estates

Nearly 94,000 residents were 65 or over in 2024. A plain page on making a will or an enduring power of attorney, what to bring and whether you visit people at home lets an older client, or the family helping them, take the first step without guessing.

  • Contact that works around a shift

A short form asking for the area of law, a suburb, the best time to call and whether a message can be left, with tap-to-call on every page. Say whether you offer early, late or video appointments for clients who work away from home all day.

Practising law in Moreton Bay

Queensland's rules in short. Moreton Bay firms are covered by the same Queensland legislation and conduct rules as Brisbane's, including the Personal Injuries Proceedings Act limits on what a firm's own website can say about injury claims and the QLS marketing guidelines for Accredited Specialists. Our Brisbane lawyers page explains both, with links to the official sources. This section is about the city itself.

One city, three former councils. The council was formed in March 2008 from the City of Redcliffe and the Shires of Pine Rivers and Caboolture, each of which still has a Magistrates Court of its own, and it was renamed the City of Moreton Bay in July 2023. The ABS estimated 532,445 residents at June 2025, the council describes it as Australia's third-largest local government by population, and it expects about another 200,000 people over the next 20 years. People search by town, so “lawyer Redcliffe” and “solicitor Strathpine” are separate searches, and your pages should use the names of the places you actually serve.

Courts. Queensland Courts lists Caboolture Magistrates Court at 30 King Street, Redcliffe Magistrates Court at 193 Redcliffe Parade and Pine Rivers Magistrates Court at 374 Gympie Road, Strathpine. Murri Court, where Community Justice Groups bring Elders and Respected Persons to court, also sits at Caboolture. There is no District or Supreme Court registry in the city; both are at the QEII Courts of Law at 415 George Street in Brisbane, and the Federal Circuit and Family Court's registry is at 119 North Quay.

Property, growth and flooding. Queensland's seller disclosure scheme began on 1 August 2025 under the Property Law Act 2023. The seller's statement (Form 2) covers title, encumbrances, zoning, pools and certain notices, but the Queensland Government notes that flooding history isn't required. City of Moreton Bay offers Flood Check property reports showing its flood information for a lot, including river, creek, storm tide and overland flow flooding. A buyer's page that mentions Flood Check, in your own words and without giving advice on the page itself, is useful in a city with many waterways and new estates.

The local profession, and how we work. The Moreton Bay Law Association is one of QLS's district law associations; if your solicitors are members, their profiles can say so. We're an Adelaide team at Ste 3/110 Hutt St and work with practices outside South Australia by phone and email. We haven't built a site for a Moreton Bay law firm. Our Queensland clients include M.J. Debney Plumbing & Gas and Queensland Dance & Performing Arts on Brisbane's Bayside.

Sites that show how we'd approach yours

M.J. Debney is a Queensland client whose single-page site suits a sole practitioner's budget. Resolve Forward is our legal-sector client, a family law dispute resolution practice with online booking and a structured intake.

Trades & construction · Queensland

A licensed Queensland plumber and gas fitter: one page with a six-service overview, a gallery, a protected contact form and tap-to-call. A suburban practice with three or four areas of law could start the same way and add pages later.

“They were very helpful and envisioned exactly what I was wanting for my website. They created the site very promptly and cost efficient.”

Questions Moreton Bay law firms ask us

Our clients come from Redcliffe to Caboolture. Do we need a page for each town?

Not usually. One page per office, plus a clear list of the towns you serve and how you meet people (at the office, by phone or by video), does the job without thin copies of the same text. We don't build pages for towns where you don't work.

Which court should our criminal law page mention?

Only the ones you appear in. A Caboolture practice and one near Strathpine may well attend different Magistrates Courts. If you appear in Murri Court at Caboolture, that deserves its own short explanation in your words.

Should our conveyancing page explain the seller disclosure statement?

It's worth a section. Sellers need to know what you'll ask them for and when; buyers want to know what the statement covers and what it doesn't. You write the explanation, we lay it out, and we can link to the Queensland Government's guide and the council's Flood Check page.

Can we advertise injury claims to local workers?

Queensland's Personal Injuries Proceedings Act strictly limits what your own site may say about injury claims, and its advertising rules cover statements encouraging a claim for compensation or damages for personal injury under any Act or law, not just claims under that Act. Our Brisbane lawyers page summarises the provisions; for advice on particular wording, talk to QLS or your own adviser.

You're in Adelaide. How does it work for a Moreton Bay practice?

By phone and email. We're an Adelaide (South Australia) web design team working with businesses Australia-wide, and our current clients are in SA, NSW, VIC and QLD. You send your words, photos and solicitor details, we send a draft link, and you pay only once you approve it. We reply within 24 hours.
