Website Design for Electricians in Mandurah

Websites for electrical contractors in Mandurah and the Peel: your EC number in the header, a solar section written for the suburbs that hosted two of WA's first community batteries, a page for commercial jobs out at Nambeelup, and the Murray and Rockingham suburbs you also drive to.

What a Mandurah electrician's website should cover

A Mandurah sparky's week can take in a battery quote in Meadow Springs, a boat lift on a Halls Head canal and a three-phase job at an agri-food business outside town. The site works well when each of those has a place of its own and a customer can tell in a few seconds whether you do their kind of job, in their suburb.

  • Solar owners before new installs

Meadow Springs hosted the PowerBank community battery trial in 2018, set up for households that already had rooftop solar, and by 2020 Falcon had one of WA's first five community batteries as well. If much of your work is on existing systems (battery add-ons, inverter replacements, fault-finding), list that ahead of new installs, so the owner of a ten-year-old system sees straight away that you're the right call.

  • A yearly solar check, recalls included

The state's home electrical safety guide says a solar PV system should be checked every year, or as often as the manufacturer recommends, by an accredited installer or a licensed electrical contractor. It also names DC isolator brands that have been recalled, among them AVANCO, NHP and Gen3. A check-up service with a form that asks for a photo of the isolator gets you a better-prepared booking.

  • Nambeelup and commercial work on a separate page

The Peel Business Park at Nambeelup, about 10 km north-east of Mandurah in the Shire of Murray, is being developed for agri-food and agri-processing businesses, with room for light industry, transport and logistics. If you do fit-outs, three-phase supply, cool rooms or maintenance for businesses, a page for that work keeps it apart from household call-outs.

  • A suburb list that crosses council lines

Customers search with the name of their suburb, not their council. Your area might run from Lakelands and Meadow Springs through Halls Head and Falcon to Dawesville, inland to Pinjarra and Ravenswood in the Shire of Murray, and north to Singleton, Golden Bay and Secret Harbour in the City of Rockingham. A searchable list, or a postcode box, answers the question before they ring.

  • Canal homes shown with their own photos

Halls Head, Wannanup and South Yunderup all have canal estates. If you wire boat lifts, jetty and pontoon lighting or outdoor power on those blocks, a short gallery captioned with the job and the street area tells a waterfront owner you've done theirs before, which a general services list can't.

Electrical work around Mandurah and the Peel

The rules are the state's. A Mandurah contractor works under the same WA licensing as one in Perth: the EC number belongs in your advertising, websites included, and most installing work ends with an electrical safety certificate for the customer within 28 days. Our Perth electricians page sets out the regulation and Building and Energy's guideline on how prominent the number should be. Western Power runs the network here as it does in Perth, so notices of completion and connection questions go to the same place.

Early to batteries. In November 2018 the state announced that its PowerBank trial in Meadow Springs had gone live three months ahead of schedule, after all 52 places were taken. The trial, a joint Synergy and Western Power project, used a 105 kW, 420 kWh Tesla battery, and the state said it was the first time a utility-scale battery had been integrated into an already established major metropolitan network. By June 2020 a 116 kW, 464 kWh Western Power battery had also been installed in Falcon. The Meadow Springs trial was built around households with rooftop solar, so solar and storage questions are nothing new to customers here. For the statewide home battery rebate and what it means for your quote form, see the Perth page.

Industry to the north-east. The Peel Business Park is the first stage of Transform Peel, the state's program to create new industries and jobs in the region. In 2021 the state said DevelopmentWA's Industrial Lands Authority was delivering the first 120 hectares, and it pitched the estate at technology-driven agri-food and agri-processing operators, plus transport and support businesses. DevelopmentWA now names bakery business ARYZTA as a foundation agri-food tenant, DFES's Bushfire Centre of Excellence sits in stage 1, and a stage 3 land release was open in late 2026. If you already work for any of them, say so on your commercial page, with the kinds of jobs rather than client names unless they've agreed.

Owners who live elsewhere. At the 2021 census, 7,267 of the City of Mandurah's 42,620 private dwellings had nobody home on census night, about 17 per cent against roughly 10 per cent nationally. The ABS count takes in holiday houses as well as homes between tenants or up for sale. Owners who live elsewhere book work by phone or email, and some let their place to visitors: a home made available for short-term rental needs RCDs at the switchboard before guests stay, and compliant mains-powered smoke alarms before it's hired. In July 2025, 6.7 per cent of the properties on WA's short-stay register were in the Peel. A line on your site saying you check both, and email the certificate, suits an owner who can't be there.

How we'd work with you. We're a web design team in Adelaide, and we work with WA businesses by phone and email. We haven't built a site for a WA electrician, or any WA client, yet, so the examples below are trade sites from Queensland and South Australia. We reply within 24 hours.

Trade sites we've built

We haven't built for an electrician yet. The closest examples are a licensed Queensland trade whose single page carries its whole service list, and an Adelaide painting company whose site lets customers check a suburb or postcode, the way a Peel contractor covering three councils might want to.

Home page of the SA Painting Professionals website

SA Painting Professionals

Trades & construction · Adelaide & all of SA

An Adelaide painting company working across South Australia. Twelve service pages, region pages, a suburb and postcode search, an online quote form and tap-to-call throughout: the structure we'd use for an electrician with separate household, solar and commercial work.

“Rebuilt two websites for our businesses and saved us a fortune on hosting etc. Nothing is ever a problem, will email back on a Saturday night if need be.”

Questions Mandurah electricians ask us

Should our site mention the community batteries in Meadow Springs and Falcon?

Only if your customers bring them up. They were Synergy and Western Power projects, not installer jobs, so your page is better spent on what you do: home batteries, inverter replacements and checks on existing systems. If you answer the same question on the phone every week, one sentence explaining the difference between a shared community battery and one on the wall of their garage is enough.

Is a separate commercial page worth it for one or two business clients?

If you want more of that work, yes. A business owner at Nambeelup looks for different things from a homeowner: three-phase experience, maintenance contracts, after-hours availability and the insurances you hold. A page that answers those questions, with photos of switchboards and fit-outs, lets the household page stay simple.

How do we offer solar check-ups without sounding alarmist?

Keep it factual. Say the state's safety guide recommends a yearly check, list what you look at, and mention that some DC isolator brands have been recalled, with a link to the state page for the full list. Let the customer send a photo of their isolator through the form, and you can tell them whether theirs is one.

Our van is based in Pinjarra. Should the site lead with Mandurah or Murray?

Lead with where most of your customers are, then list the rest. If the bulk of your jobs are in Mandurah's suburbs, say Mandurah and the Peel in the heading and name Pinjarra, Ravenswood and the Yunderups in the suburb list. People search by their own town, so each name you genuinely cover is worth including.

What does a Mandurah electrician's website cost?

The same as anywhere: $399 for one page, $899 for up to 3 pages and $1,499 for up to 8, with no GST added. There's no deposit; you approve the draft before paying. After launch, hosting is $30 a month, and that covers text changes such as updating your service area or a note about battery rebates.
