Website Design for Accountants in Logan

Websites for tax agents, BAS agents and accounting practices across Logan, from Springwood and Logan Central to Beenleigh, Browns Plains and Jimboomba. The languages your team speaks, the trades and transport businesses you look after and what your common jobs cost are easy to find, and so is the way to make an appointment.

What a Logan practice's website should cover

Logan's businesses are mostly very small: the council's economic development office says 97.6% of the 29,449 counted in June 2025 were sole traders or had fewer than 20 staff. The city is young too, with a median age of 34.2 in the ABS's 2024 estimates, below Brisbane's 35.7. A practice site here talks first to sole traders, young families and first-time clients.

  • Languages near the top of the page

If someone in your practice speaks Samoan, Punjabi, Hindi, Mandarin, Arabic or another community language, say so on the home page and the contact page, with that person's name. For a client who'd rather explain a tax debt or a business setup in their own language, that line decides who they call.

  • Client groups that match local businesses

Tradies and builders, owner-drivers and couriers, support workers and allied health providers, shop owners: give each group you serve a short section with the services it usually needs, such as BAS, vehicle records, payroll or setting up a company.

  • What the everyday jobs cost

A from-price for an individual return, a sole trader's return and a quarterly BAS helps people on a tight budget decide before they ring. If some returns cost more, a sentence on what makes them more complex is enough.

  • Help for clients with ties to New Zealand

About one in fourteen Logan residents was born in New Zealand. If you handle NZ income, rental property across the Tasman or questions about moving KiwiSaver savings into Australian super, list that among your services.

  • Opening hours and where to park

Give the suburb, the nearest main road or shopping centre, parking, and any evening or Saturday hours during tax time. Logan runs from the Brisbane border down to Jimboomba and Yarrabilba, so say which areas you see people from in person.

  • Registration anyone can look up

Your TPB registration number and type in the footer of every page, with a link to your entry on the TPB Register, so a new client can confirm you're registered before handing over their details.

Accounting in Logan: small businesses, many languages and a growing south

Rules shared with the rest of Queensland. Registration with the Tax Practitioners Board and the state taxes your business clients ask about work the same here as in Brisbane. Our Brisbane accountants page covers the TPB symbol and the Queensland Revenue Office, and our Moreton Bay page explains the QBCC's minimum financial requirements reporting, which matters if you act for builders. Here's what's particular to Logan.

A city of very small businesses. The Logan Office of Economic Development, a division of Logan City Council, counted 29,449 businesses in June 2025, 1,638 more than a year earlier, with the most new businesses in transport, postal and warehousing, construction, and health care and social assistance. The ABS figures behind that count show transport businesses rising from 3,490 in June 2022 to 4,933 in June 2025, construction as the largest group at 7,166, and 18,481 businesses with no employees at all. A practice that writes for owner-drivers, subcontractors and support workers in plain terms will read as closer to them than one listing 'business services'.

Many languages. At the 2021 Census, 18.1% of Logan residents used a language other than English at home. Samoan, Punjabi, Mandarin, Arabic and Hindi were each spoken at home by more than 2,500 people. If your team covers any of these or other languages, show it, and add an option to the enquiry form so a client can ask for an appointment in their language. A photo and name beside each language makes the offer feel real.

Clients born in New Zealand. The same Census counted 24,478 New Zealand-born residents, 7.1% of the city and its largest group born overseas. The ATO says Australian residents must declare their worldwide income, including rent from property overseas, and its guidance on the Trans-Tasman Retirement Savings Portability scheme explains how someone who moves to Australia permanently or indefinitely can transfer KiwiSaver savings to a participating Australian super fund. If these questions come up often in your practice, naming them on a services page saves a client wondering whether you deal with them.

A growing south. The ABS estimated 403,515 residents in June 2025. Economic Development Queensland plans Yarrabilba, 20 km south of Logan Central, for up to 20,000 dwellings, and Greater Flagstone, west of Jimboomba, for about 51,500 dwellings. A practice at Jimboomba, Park Ridge or Browns Plains that wants clients from those estates can name them. We're an Adelaide web design team and work with practices outside South Australia by phone and email: you send your services, languages and photos, we send a draft link, and you pay once you approve it.

Two sites that put prices and next steps first

Neither is an accounting firm. Phoenix Housekeeping publishes its prices, and Resolve Forward sells fixed-price packages through a step-by-step intake form: both useful patterns for a practice whose clients want to know the cost before they commit. The review below comes from the accounting firm we built a website for.

Home page of the Phoenix Housekeeping website

Phoenix Housekeeping

Home & care services · Lake Macquarie, Cessnock & Central Coast

A family-run cleaning business around Lake Macquarie, Cessnock and the Central Coast. Its prices are published on the site, suburb pages cover its service area, and the quote form offers a discreet call-back. Published from-prices for returns and BAS work the same way for a Logan practice.

Home page of the Resolve Forward website

Resolve Forward

Professional services · Sydney

A Sydney family law dispute resolution practice: six service pages and FAQs, priced packages linked to online booking, and a five-step intake form. Steps like those suit a new tax client too: who they are, what they need, which language they'd prefer and when they can come in.

“Salem was fantastic to work with on our accounting firm’s website. From day one, he was professional, responsive…”

Questions Logan accountants ask us

Should we list the languages our team speaks?

Yes, near the top of the home page and again on the contact page, ideally saying who speaks which language. The enquiry form can ask which language a client prefers, so the right person calls back.

Can we publish our fees on the site?

Yes, if you're comfortable doing so. A from-price for common jobs, with a line on what makes a return more complex, is usually enough. When your fees change, updating them is a text change covered by the $30 monthly hosting.

How should we mention New Zealand clients?

Name the work rather than the nationality: NZ income and property, and KiwiSaver transfers if you help with them. A New Zealand-born reader scanning your services will recognise it, and we link to the ATO's pages for the rules.

Can new clients book an appointment online?

Yes. We can link the booking tool you already use, such as Calendly, or build booking into the site, quoted separately. Either way, the booking button appears on every page and sits beside your phone number.

Can a Logan practice work with a team in Adelaide?

Yes. We're an Adelaide (South Australia) team working with businesses Australia-wide by phone and email, and our current clients are in SA, NSW, VIC and QLD. A call about your clients and services, then a draft you review on screen, is all it takes, and you pay once you approve it.

Want a clearer website for your Logan practice?

Tell us who you help, the languages your team speaks and the fees you're happy to show. We'll send a fixed quote, build the draft, and you pay once you've approved it.
