Officially the suburb is split down the middle between Stonnington and Port Phillip councils, sitting maybe 5 km south-east of town. The station's on Chapel Street itself, Sandringham line, and there are trams on Chapel and High if the train doesn't suit. Run a business here and you're competing with the shop three doors down.
